- Day 1
Bucharest
You'll arrive in Bucharest and take a short city tour to get your bearings before settling in for the evening. Dinner comes with a Romanian wine tasting session where a professional sommelier walks you through local vineyards and what makes their wines distinct.

Bucharest to Brasov
After breakfast, you're heading to the Carpathian Mountains to see Peles Castle, which served as a former royal summer residence. Lunch includes sparkling wine tasting at the historic Rhein & Azuga Cellars, and then you'll visit Bran Castle before making your way to Brasov for the evening.

Brasov to Sighisoara
An early start gets you to Sighisoara, one of Eastern Europe's most significant medieval citadels. Along the route you'll stop at Fagaras Fortress and several fortified churches. After traditional Romanian lunch, you'll walk through the old town checking out the Clock Tower, Dracula's House, and the wooden staircase that connects the different levels.

Sighisoara to Iasi
Following breakfast, you'll travel through the Bicaz Gorges in the Eastern Carpathian Mountains, where limestone walls rise dramatically on both sides of the road. The drive heads toward Iasi and takes you through some really impressive terrain.

Iasi to Chisinau
You'll start with a city tour of Iasi, exploring Romania's most important historical and cultural center located in the northeast. The tour covers the Metropolitan Cathedral, Culture Palace, Golia Monastery, and Trei Ierarhi Church. Later you'll depart for the Republic of Moldova, arriving in Chisinau by evening.

Chisinau
The day begins at Branesti Winery where you'll taste wines and tour the complex, then head to a peasant house for lunch. From there you'll check out Old Orhei's museum complex and its Orthodox cave monastery, followed by time in Cricova, one of Europe's largest underground wine cities holding over 1 million vintage wines. An evening tour of Chisinau wraps things up, visiting City Hall and the Cathedral Complex.

You're traveling to Tiraspol, the capital of Transnistria, a breakaway territory where Soviet-era culture remains very much present. The tour includes stops at various monuments and a museum visit to learn about the Transnistrian conflict. The real highlight comes when you taste different types of caviar at a local sturgeon complex.
