Yes, we will have a tour that follows on from the Simply Texas next year. Our 2027 dates are not finalized yet, but the tour will be Bourbon, Beale & Broadway - 3 Nights New Orleans, 2 Nights Memphis & 5 Nights in Nashville. We operate these tours in the Spring & the Autumn.

What dates does this tour run in May 2026?

Our May dayes are full unfortunately. We only have September availability for this tour now. We can do the Big Texan Adventure with a reversed itinerary (starting in Houston ending in Dallas) in April but there is no New Orleans on this one. Sorry!

Is this available in The beginning of November (Nov 1st~). What are some other options to experience Texas / South? I'm a solo traveller from Japan, going to be my first time in the US, so I'm very interested in a well thought, fully guides tours with solid transportation included.

Our Texas tour program ends in October. The only tour in November is 'Icons & Inspiration', a fully escorted tour of the Deep South. This musical adventure celebrates American music history from Nashville and Memphis to Tupelo. Includes Grand Ole Opry Show, Sun Studio, Graceland Tour, Elvis Presley's Birthplace, and Muscle Shoals studio tours.

What kind of hotels are included in the tours? What are the ratings for the hotels?

We use Hilton properties where possible. (Hampton, Tru, Doubletree and Hyatt Place, Holiday Inn) All 3/4* with breakfast included.

What is weather conditions

The weather in Texas & New Orleans in May is warm and sunny with moderate rainfall and low humidity levels. With highs in the mid 80s and lows in the high 60s to low 70s the climate will be very comfortable.

Could you send a paper brochure on this trip?

We are based in the UK and do not send paper brochures to the USA. However full details can be found on our website online.

Do you have any other tours of Texas in May this year?

Unfortunately we do not, they are all sold out! The first tours with availability including Texas this year are Rhythm, Roots & Cowboy Boots (20th Sept) and then 66 & Buddy (15th Oct)

Does this tour go in reverse ... ie. New Orleans to Dallas?

Unfortunately we do not do The Big Texan Adventure in reverse. We do however, have a tour called Buddy & All that Jazz departing 26th April 2024. You could do part of this tour...starting in New Orleans, ending in Dallas (adding on extra days there)...or do the full tour.

Unfortunately not, sorry! The "boogie bus" schedule for September is as follows: 2nd Dallas/Fort Worth, 5th Austin, 7th San Antonio, 8th Houston, 9th New Orleans, 13th Memphis, 15th Nashville, 21st Muscle Shoals, 25th Memphis then Nashville - Tour ends. You can jump aboard anywhere on the route!

  What is the chances it was going to be in may? I have maybe 12-18 or so people going over to Vegas for a wedding next year & we were all wanting to do a Texas trip after however there is not as many Texas tours as we would have thought unfortunately. I'll wait for dates released & keep an eye out. However if there was some sort of custom offer/trip or just dates we could could possibly organise the same trip or something?
