  We have to booked 10 day South India Tour with Goa from Chennai with Goa with All Inclusive. I was really impressed with the tour package! The package included all meals, transport, hotel, sightseeing and also some fantastic experiences. The accommodations were top notch. We stayed in great hotels and resorts with all the amenities one could ask for. The rooms were well appointed and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The tour included visits to some of the best places in South India. We visited the temples in Madurai, the backwaters of Kumarakom, the hill stations of Ooty and Kodaikanal, and the beaches of Goa. We also had some great experiences like a boat ride in the backwaters of Kumarakom, a jeep safari in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, and a visit to the spice gardens in Thekkady. The food during the tour was also great. We were served a variety of regional dishes that we would not have been able to get anywhere else. The local cuisine was absolutely delicious! All in all, this was an unforgettable trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all-inclusive tour package.   Hemender was extremely helpful and had immense patience to book this tour for our family.Actually we had so many questions and hence we changed our Itineary so many times but Hemender listened our questions deeply and finally planned a tour that all four of us agreed.Communication between him and us were superb and he instantly replied either through email or whatsapp .Hotel's chosen by him were exceptional and our Driver helped us a lot during the tour. I think without him,tour was not possible .Hence, I would give him 10 out of 10.Thanks Hemender and your staff.Show more

There were many big , small issues BEFORE the tour begun. we will write one by one but this one was utterly irresponsible and it happened on our last 8th days tour that Mr Hemendez Singh ( the manager of the tour operator in Agra, Web : mytravelcon.com, High on Hospitality Quoatient ) i would mention him as a liar or hacker coz i haven't find other better words to describe his attitude. This issue was repeated for the second time . The first and the 2 more incidents i will write with another bad reviews. Here is the scenario. We were told by the driver when we were in Goa for the next day tour what time we needed to be picked up from the hotel and drop us at the the Goa airport which we were not aware at all ( we didn't read and study all the itinerary program with full details and we were thinking he would have droved us up till Mumbai ) . Then i begun to read the additional services or optional fees of the tour and Mr Hemendez did not mention this domestic flight GOA-MUMBAI , nor on the the optional fees nor additional services nor the flights details BUT ONLY STATED ON THE DAY10TH ITINERARY GOA to MONBAI : DEPARTURE ON YOUR OWN : BEFORE LEAVING GOA, ENJOY A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST IN HOTEL AND THEN TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT FOR BORAING FLIGHT TO MUMBAI ! What on earth this excluded domestic flight didn't mention on the flights or additional services charges ¿ this is a fully organised tour, He must MENTION it on the EXCLUDED FEES in stead just merely stated on the last day itinerary program! For us it was totally a hidden fees . we were another time treated as an illeterary by Mr Hemendez why we didn't read well and study well all the 10 days itinerary in stead of blaming him as a liar. He told us crystal clear that he won't assist and certainly not providing these tickets as he did nothing wrong , the fault was US to be blamed not HIM ! also saying that he has been threating from the beginning due to another 3 more or less the same problems happened during or before the tour and we should take care of our words! We had no other words to him when we were facing the problems which he has created. all we wanted was a peace in mind during the voyage , it was an Organised tour meaning also we should not have to each day communicate with anyone concerning our daily tour but it was completely a BIG MESS organised tour and sometimes he didn't even pick up the phone and has left us to confront the problem on our own. we sincerely didn't want to fight with him but we had no other choices. This domestic flight we have ended to purchase on the very last minute and have costed us 45eur each pax. Please once again Tour Raddar we really need you to to judge who was right and who has hide this fees on this tour program. Mr Hemender Singh or us ¿ And we want him to refund us this flight ticket which he has already totally rejected. looking forward your prompt positive reply ASAP.   Dear Respected Sir, The Itinerary clearly indicates that the tour starts in Chennai and Ends in Goa. It was a misunderstanding that you assumed that the car will drop you till Mumbai from Goa. I understand that you did not read the Itinerary well and that is why you had a confusion. We had provided all our best services which we mentioned in the program.
