On the Best of France Tour we have to find our own way to accommodation in Paris. How difficult will it be to get to our accommodation?

It is not difficult because we provide taxi costs if you take a receipt from the taxi. It is valid only on Day 3 and Day 5 where you will move with your luggage. Otherwise our hotels are in central locations in Paris. So you can walk or use subway to arrive any station in Paris.

How long before my trip will I receive the travel documents?

I will upload the trip document within 7 days.

Where do we meet the tour at the start of the trip?

The tour starts at Hotel Tivoli. Please check your final trip documents for meeting time and location.

Can I add additional nights to my tour stay?

You can book extra nights; please let us know so we can make necessary arrangements at the associated hotel.

What format should I use to provide flight information for airport transfers?

Please provide the flight information in this format: Arrival Airline, Arrival Flight Number, Arrival Date, Arrival Time, Arrival Airport, Departure Airline, Departure Flight Number, Departure Date, Departure Time, Departure Airport.

Is the list of confirmed hotels able to be provided? What is the pick up process/timing from the airports to the hotels?

The Paris hotel will be confirmed as soon as the customer confirms the booking but the quality of the hotel will be similar to Hotel Tilsitt Etoile. And the other hotels are: 1 Night in Caen: Hotel Novotel Côte de Nacre or similar. 1 Night in Angers: Hotel Ibis Angers Centre Château or similar. The pick-up process is: The customer arrives at whichever time they want on June the 18th that is our arrival day (of course if they want we can arrange pre accommodation) and we pick them up from the Airport and transfer (private) them to their hotel.

Camile was a fantastic guide, always enthusiastic and full of fascinating insights, and Pierre handled the driving with great care. My only minor issue was that some of the hotel rooms felt a bit smaller than expected, which made it a little less comfortable.
