  I had an incredible 7-day tour in Sri Lanka with Holiday Lanka Tours and it was an experience I'll never forget. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver, Isuru, was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making every part of the trip enjoyable and stress-free. He was always punctual and ensured we were comfortable throughout the journey. The tour operator was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or changes we had along the way. The route they selected for the tour was well thought out, covering all the must-see places, as well as hidden gems that gave us a true taste of Sri Lankan culture. The hotels chosen were fantastic, offering a great balance of comfort and local charm. We were well taken care of, and the accommodations were always in great locations, allowing us to relax and enjoy the sights. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Lanka Tours to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable trip to Sri Lanka. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful country!Show more

  The hotels that we stayed in were different to what was listed on our itinerary. The first location in Negombo we were told we’d stay in a beachfront resort but we were a 20 minute drive from the coast. In our final location Galle we were looking forward to being on the the beach. Our tour operator on the day we were meant to be staying Galle said he had to change our hotel as they didn’t have air conditioning to a place that was 15 minutes away from the beach. I contacted the hotel we were meant to stay in and they said they have availability, all their rooms have air conditioning, they also informed me that the tour company cancelled the booking a month ago. I stated all what I have mentioned above to the tour operator there was some negotiations had but we still had to pay the difference of the room. These frustrations gave us a really negative experience during our family holiday and resolving them were not easy. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we take your experience seriously.. As a gesture of goodwill, we have accepted your concerns and, to rectify the situation, we have not charged your early check charges of USD 80 due to this issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to addressing this issue to enhance our service quality. Indeed, we found it necessary to modify your room reservation abruptly. The hotel notified us that they were unable to provide Air-Conditioned Double rooms for your intended stay. While we understand that the hotel offered Triple rooms with air conditioning when you contacted them directly, our initial agreement and quotation were based on securing Double rooms. This variance in room type resulted in a discrepancy in the pricing. I was taken aback by your complaint suggesting that we canceled your hotel reservation a month ago. It's important to clarify that our booking process commenced less than a month ago, and any adjustments were made in response to the hotel's recent communication about room availability. Once again, we apologize for the negative impact on your family holiday, and we hope for the opportunity to make amends in the future. Warm regards, Holiday Lanka Tours team

  Holiday Lanka tours delivered what they promised. I was quite apprehensive about booking as we were traveling with our children but Mali tailored our tour to accommodate all my needs. Nothing was too much. Kasu our driver was fantastic too, with so much local knowledge and once again very accommodating. I cannot recommend Holiday Lanka highly enough! I will definitely use them for a second visit to Sri Lanka!Show more
