Dear customer, We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the tours you have taken with us. We understand that, as shared tours, there may be variations in the language used, as some tours are conducted in both Spanish and English. Additionally, the group size can vary daily, and pickup times may fluctuate due to the dynamics of the groups. It is important to note that these differences are inherent to group tours. Our goal is to provide an enriching and memorable experience for all our clients, despite any variations that may arise. Regarding the topography of the places we visit, it is true that many of these destinations are located in natural environments. Nature is dynamic and can impact the terrain and conditions of the places we explore. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to continuously improving our services to offer unforgettable moments on future tours. If you have any other concerns or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us. Sincerely, The OTISA Team
