I received very good assistance from the moment I made the reservation, the advice from Noemi Montejo was excellent from start to finish. About the places visited in the itinerary I'm speechless, an unforgettable experience, dreamlike landscapes. Natural beauty in Mexico that is worth knowing.Show more

  The organisation of the tour was great, very reliable. The guides were quite knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Got to see everything I wanted in Chiapas, nature, Maya sits and got to spend some time in San Cristóbal de las Casas. You get to spend three different days with different people and partially different guides, so as a side advantage you get to know different people along the way. The other people on the tour were a nice mix of Mexican and overseas tourists, younger and older. Was the perfect tour for me.Show more

  This trip is equal parts natural beauty and ancient history/ ruins. The waterfalls and lakes were beautiful. They would be great places to spend time in the water. If you have never seen Myan ruins, these are impressive. You should know this is not a tour where you will have a guide with you for your trip. There will be a different guide, driver and group of people will be with you each day. This is English and Spanish so you may not be able to communicate effectively with your fellow travelers. We drank only water we purchased and yet many of us got sick. I think it was the roadside eating places that were lacking. When you have Montezuma’s revenge it is difficult to enjoy a sigh that requires some hiking in the hot sun with no toilet in sight. We had a 3:30 am, 5:30 am and two 6:30 am pickup times. Our driver was always 20 to 35 minutes late. This is not a restful vacation. Some of the sights we visited required vigorous hiking on uneven terrain. Some of the guests struggled.Show more

  I have given Ramses the ABC on taking photos. He now knows how to take pictures on 1/3 rule. That's basic photography. So he could take a few nice ones from us which we are very grateful for. It's maybe useful to extend that teaching to all of your guides.Show more

  As a solo female traveler, I felt safe the entire trip, which was my first priority. The itinerary was good; we visited most of the key sites in Chiapas area. I like that I got to stay in San Cristobal two nights. Hotels chosen by the agency was decent; in good center locations and clean. However, the schedule was tough; out of 4 mornings, one morning the pickup time was 3:30 AM (the day trip was 12 hours and the other one pick up was 5:30 AM (the day trip lasted 14 hours). The travel agency had me put in different group every day and it's a mix of Spanish and English-speaking travelers. The quality of the guides also varied. The biggest drawback was the van transportation, the agency tried to pack as many as they can; one of the days our luggage had to go on top of the van. The van really shouldn't pack more than 8 travelers in order to make it comfortable for everyone. So I took one star off. Given that there was very limited choice of Chiapas only small group tour, this was probably the best one available. I am glad I went on this tour.Show more

  An amazing tour with interesting insights into Chiapas. The tourguides were all amazing and very knowledgeable. What we really appreciated was that on certain aspects of the tour, it was only the two of us and it still did not get cancelled. That gave us the royal feeling of a private tour. I can totally recommend it to anyone! :)Show more
