We thought that the itinerary was well set out although personally, we didn't enjoy the Cu-chi tunnels. We realise that they are an important part of Vietnamese history and that many people would be happy to visit. The best guide of the tour we thought was Abbey in Hoi An, with James a close second and Tuan next. They are all well informed and interesting guides. The hotel in Ho Chi Minh city was comfortable with an interesting and delicious choice of food for breakfast. The Sunshine Hoi An was ok for the first night with a good breakfast but after that they turned the hot water off, we had to choose our breakfast the day before and the last day our rooms weren't serviced, except for clean towels that were left in the hall. The airconditioning needs servicing too as it was erratic. Anise Hotel, Ha Noi was pretty good over all - we'd be happy to go there again. The cruise was fun and we really enjoyed it.Show more

We had an amazing trip with Tour Radar, I was impressed by how well everything was organised and there was constant communication via WhatsApp on the program or flights the next day. I also gave some feedback which was dealt with straight away. The tour guides were really good in Hoi Ann and in Hanoi, the tour guides in Ho Chi Min was a little average. We enjoyed every activity, apart from the Mekong Delta, which felt a bit like a tourist trap. I misunderstood the package, thinking we were going to have a mixture of 3,4 and 5 star hotels, but you need to make clear from the beginning what you choose. But again, very good experience and introduction to see a lot of Vietnam in 10 days. Thanks again Tour Radar!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 29th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 29th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Hoi An Express. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
