Thank you so much for your feedback! Both in the general conditions and in My Trip (General Information) the following is indicated: Europamundo cannot be accept responsibility if by chance, due to holiday closures, weekly days of closing or other factors it is not possible to visit any of the museums or monuments in the cities we visit along the route. Even though it is not our responsibility that on Christmas Eve there were no mariachis in Plaza Garibaldi or that the Light and Sound show was not in Mérida on the 31st, Europamundo COMPENSATED WITH A NEW YEAR'S END DINNER that was not included in the Itinerary. You enjoyed in Mérida a typical place of food with drink included accompanied by MARIACHIS. Nevertheless, we regret that this has not been taken into account as a good memory for you. We appreciate your comments and will take note for future itineraries. Europamundo Team.

    Naomi

    Asked on February 22nd, 2023

I'd be interested in the Mariachi route tour in November this year. I would like to extend my holidays in Cancun/Tulum for a few days and was wondering if it is possible to book this without the flight back to Mexico City at a reduced price or to utilise the flight a few days later.

    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten February 2023

The tours we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your tour. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place on the tour is confirmed and guaranteed to depart.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten February 2023

It is not necessary to inform us of your return flight, we only require the information of the arrival flight to organize the transfer. Our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. We recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit.

Your reviews are terrible. Any problems anticipated in 2023 with providing everything on the tour as advertised?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten December 2022

Currently our departures operate from 2 people.
We evaluate the destinations week by week to make a decision on whether the tour will operate or not since we depend on the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination and opening according to each country.

I recommend that in your country of origin or residence you find out about the requirements and restrictions you have to enter the country of destination to avoid any setback.

    Tour Details
    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten July 2022

More and more towns and countries are not allowing unvaccinated passengers to enter restaurants, shows, places and even hotels.

Due to the international health situation, a printed vaccination certificate as well as on your mobile devise is advised to bring with you along the tour, since it will be required in many countries as a passport to access means of transport, museums, restaurants, breakfast rooms, etc. Remember that not having this certificate may complicate the development of your tour.

Europamundo is not responsible if you cannot enter a venue or carry out any activity because you do not carry this document. As well as the cancellation of services for not being able to enter a country.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten July 2022

The itinerary of the circuit cannot be modified, we can add additional nights at the beginning and end of the circuit in Mexico City, not in Oaxaca

    Asked on March 22nd, 2022

What does the "Mariachi Tour" in Mexico have to do with Mariachi? How are the places visited during the tour related to Mariachi?

    Tour Details
    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten March 2022

We use characteristic names of each city to write our itinerary, in the case of Mexico we decided to use the mariachi for its culture with this type of music. In many places in this great country, you will find mariachis.
