  Mexico is one of the best tours I have experienced. I book this tour to the Europamundo tour campany. From the first minute to the last-minute, everything was the best it could possibly be. I like to thanks our tour guides, Anna and Adem Roussell. They are very polite and helpful for us. The tour operator did everything best and easy. All so I would like to thanks all the Mexican people for their respect and the sincere hospitality they showed us.Show more

Good choices of hotel both in terms of space, cleanliness and location. I generally had no issues while my stay and everything was well organised therefore highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit MexicoShow more

  The tour guide was great but Europamundo was very poor with their planning. The Mariachi dinner per advertised in the itinerary for Dec 24th, 2022 did not happen and we were told that the restaurant was closed on 12/24. Why didn’t they know this? If they are an experienced travel agency in Mexico, they should know the restaurant condition on Christmas Eve. Again on Dec 31st, 2022 - we were promised the Fire and Stone show but that did not happen. Again, it’s because it was New Year’s Eve and not much was opened. This is poor planning from Europamundo. The local people told us this was not a surprise to them. Everything is shutdown on New Year’s Eve around 5pm. I would not recommend anyone to book with Tourradar or Europamundo. We feel that we have been cheated by this tour.Show more

Both in the general conditions and in My Trip (General Information) the following is indicated: Europamundo cannot be accept responsibility if by chance, due to holiday closures, weekly days of closing or other factors it is not possible to visit any of the museums or monuments in the cities we visit along the route. Even though it is not our responsibility that on Christmas Eve there were no mariachis in Plaza Garibaldi or that the Light and Sound show was not in Mérida on the 31st, Europamundo COMPENSATED WITH A NEW YEAR'S END DINNER that was not included in the Itinerary. You enjoyed in Mérida a typical place of food with drink included accompanied by MARIACHIS. Nevertheless, we regret that this has not been taken into account as a good memory for you. We appreciate your comments and will take note for future itineraries. Europamundo Team.

  I tried on numerous occasions to have europmundo give us the name of our originating hotel and they would not. We had a six week vacation planned and that information was needed for location in Mexico City. We are independent travelers and like to explore the individual towns and cities in our own. The Around Mexico tour was obviously a Spanish speaking tour unbeknownst to us. The itinerary was very lacking in detail. The first half of the tour we were with people from many different Spanish speaking countries. We all got to know each other and were friendly even with the language barrier. The second half of the tour we were combined with 12 people from Spain and a new tour guide. There were no introductions and that grou was traveling together and resented our group joining their’s. They had a very detailed itinerary and ignored the guide making their own schedule which meant we were waiting for them on numerous occasions. They were argumentative with the guide and the Spanish speaking guests in our original group. We had very long days and up to 10 hour bus rides. This tour needs to be reconfigured as to distances. The bus was only half full luckily or it would have been much worse. The towns are not prepared for big busses. We had to walk to hotels and sightseeing spots due to the size of the bus. It is not safe to have the driver drive the long days and in the dark for all of these hours. Europomundo should reconsider it’s trips in Mexico. Mexico is a beautiful country that needs to be enjoyed in smaller groups,Show more

  Too many faults to mention here - main problem very poor English , poor organisation rude ness from guides - did not feel welcome on this trip as English speakers. Virtually no vegetaran option on meals that were included. We booked an English speaking tour this trip was in practise for Spanish speakers. Requested accessible rooms - not provided . As previously stated so many things wrong on so many levels.Show more

  The tour was a real disaster on an organizational level. The hotels did not have luggage service due to the covid without the driver knowing and after telling us to leave our bags in the car to find them in the room later he told us to run to pick them up from the van and pick them up to the room (at a second floor without elevator), thanks for the help dude. The Teotihuacan Pyramids could not be visited because they are closed due to Easter and Covid. Guide knew it from two weeks before but did not say it until the same day and on the way to Teotihuacan. The visit to San Miguel de Allende could not be done without a prior QR (which is needed from August 2020) and they did not have it (high level travel agency ...) the first thing the guide said was to miss the visit and go back, without our insistence and availability to pay for an extra lunch (the one selected by our "expert" guide that was on the other side of the city, where we wait 20 minutes to be attended even being the only guests on the room, and where the service was awful) we would not have seen the city. The use of the funicular in the Pipila that was included was not given to us and we went there by stairs, with the excuse of the queue of passengers. No prediction was made with the necessary PCR tests and it was achieved at the last minute by insistence, we the travelers connected to the wifi of a restaurant to find out that the place proposed was closed, places in route were opened and the guide did not stopped, the guide once again intended to rule out a day of visits. The guide has shared our images of the tour without permission (he asked for a picture all together for him and shared it with the mexican and spanish travel agencies, this is not the way to work with customers). The misogynistic comments of the driver / guide were absolutely out of place throughout the tour and inadmissible. Bad experience and not recommended at all.Show more
