Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in San Pedro de Atacama
You'll arrive at El Loa Airport or the bus station and get picked up by your driver for the transfer to San Pedro de Atacama. The ride takes you straight to your hotel, and there's no rush to get there, so you can settle in whenever it works for you. By the time you're at your accommodation, you'll have a chance to get oriented and grab a bite if you're hungry.

- Day 2
Moon Valley and Death Valley
This morning you head out from the hotel to see the Cordillera de la Sal, starting at Valle de la Muerte where salt formations rise up like natural sculptures all around you. From there you move to Valle de la Luna to check out the mineral formations, including Las Tres Marías shaped by wind erosion over time. Later in the afternoon, you'll go to La Gran Duna and watch the sunset paint the dune in different colors as the day winds down.

San Pedro de Atacama
After breakfast at your hotel, the day is yours to do what you want. You can take a walk through San Pedro de Atacama's streets, pop into local shops, or just hang out and relax. If you feel like doing something more active, there are optional excursions you can book, but it's totally up to you.

- Geysers of El Tatio - Early morning departure to visit one of the world's most important geothermal fields with steaming fumaroles, Andes views, nourishing breakfast, and bathing in natural thermal waters. Stop in Machuca, a traditional adobe village with local products
- Cejar Lagoon - Float in the high-salt-content lagoon within the Atacama Salt Flat, visit Ojos del Salar (two freshwater sinkholes), and end at Tebinquinche Lagoon with cocktails while watching the Andes reflection at sunset
- Salt Flats Route – Monjes de la Pacana - Journey to Tara Salt Flat to visit giant stone pillars (Monjes de la Pacana) standing in the desert, exploring high plateau landscapes and salt flats
- Puritama Hot Springs - Visit natural hot springs located 30 km northeast of San Pedro de Atacama where the Puritama River emerges at approximately 33°C due to underground volcanic activity, with basic facilities and wooden terraces. Mineral-rich waters are said to have healing properties
- Rainbow Valley - Travel west to the Domeyko mountain range, start at Yerbas Buenas with ancient petroglyphs, continue to Rainbow Valley with colorful mountains caused by various mineral compositions, ending in Río Grande, a colonial village
- Altiplanic Lagoons - Visit Piedras Rojas red-rock formations in Aguas Calientes Salt Flat, then highland lagoons Miscanti and Miñiques at over 4,200 m.a.s.l. surrounded by volcanoes, Chaxa Lagoon with flamingos and native birds, and finish in Toconao colonial village

Departure from San Pedro de Atacama
Once you've had breakfast, your driver picks you up at whatever time works best for you and takes you to Calama Airport or the bus station. Your time in San Pedro de Atacama comes to an end as you head out for your departure.
