Overall experience was good--the tours were excellent, as were all the guides. All was well-organized and communicated well. Only downside is I was a solo traveler, and more often than not the only English speaker, which was very isolating.

I enjoyed the tour very much. The tour guide prepared our lunch in picnic style in the natural outdoor environment, and I thought it was a unique and excellent idea. The tour guide was friendly and courteous and have good knowledge about the area around the Atacama region. Also, the customer care staff at the TourRadar in Chile went extra miles to take care of me, as a solo traveller, suggesting and giving me with valuable information about the cities and helpful tips, which gave me great comfort that someone is always looking after one in a strange cities.
