Nickolas was our tour guide and he was fabulous. We think he deserves a huge raise. We stopped at Autogrill Aglio in Barberino and the manager was extremely rude to us. We believe it was because we are black. Nick stepped in and stopped the manager from berating us and apologized for the behavior. He promised that he would not be using that business ever again. One time some of the group got lost while walking to dinner in Venice and Nick found them and returned them to the location. He was wonderful! The locations were great as were the convenience of the bus rides and the hotels.Show more

From the moment we arrived at the first hotel, Erica our tour guide for the week, helped us become oriented, and never failed to keep us informed of the day's events and guided us through each day. She went out of her way to make sure that we had all the materials we needed, information necessary to navigate where we were traveling, and even took care of the meals that we enjoyed together as a group. We really enjoyed the extra effort she put in take care of the group, and her patients when things were trying at times. As a representative for Globus, she was quite impressive. The only unusual thing we ran into was our greeting at the airport. That felt more like it was problem than it was a welcome.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Globus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
