  1 hotel was terrible ( London ); too many travelers converging at same time with poor directions by guides in many cases. Overall schedule is good and visits took place as planned but need more time to clear immigration between France/England before taking the ferry. Some guides spoke Spanish or Portuguese only and eventhough I am a proud hispanic, I purchased English tours.Show more

  We had an amazing time on her trip. Everything promised was delivered. Thing that we didn’t know was that we would be transferring to different groups. Initially this was confusing, but I do have to say that all the transitions were very smooth. We went to many beautiful pieces and met many beautiful people. generally are gods more helpful and even caring. I would recommend this tour.Show more

  I would never ever book with Tourradar together with their affiliated partners Europomondo again. We booked a 10 day trip to Ireland, UK and Paris in August 2023. The tour guide (Jose) in Ireland was great but it went downhill when we arrived in London and Paris. Most tour guides in UK and Paris spoke little or barely English, hard to understand and most of them are rude to non -Spanish speakers. Hotels are far from the city or main attractions in UK & Paris. Your hotel’s booking aren’t confirmed until 48 before the tour so it so hard to make arrangements if you need pre or post tour hotel accommodation. The emergency number they provided during tour was unreliable and unresponsive. Our tour guide accidentally left us in London and nobody responded from the 24/7 emergency number. I instead contacted the tour guide we had in Ireland to help us out. You will have multiple guides and will be transferred to several buses. If you don’t speak Spanish, do not book from this platform nor book any tour that is partnered or operated with EuropondoShow more

Although there are differences in terms of comfort and location depending on the series offered, hotels are always (except for special circumstances) in the cities where you are going to, sometimes its central, other times is near the center and in other cases in more peripheral areas, but always communicated with public transport to the city center. Our routes seek to provide you with an excellent price/quality ratio. Also, based on our terms and conditions, All our overland routes, in group or private, unless otherwise noted, includes the accompanying of tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides, if so specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups will be able to be bilingual according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages.   We loved this tour. It was planned out very well. We did have early mornings and lots of bus rides but with the time change coming from the US, we were up and ready to go anyway! Every hotel was good- modest, clean, comfortable and in great locations. Breakfasts were not fancy, but exactly what we needed and made great starts to the day. On the one day in Dublin that we left the hotel too early for breakfast, they sent us off with bagged meals. Our flight was cancelled coming into Dublin, so we arrived a day late. The tour took care of checking us in to the hotel so we weren’t a no show and even though I called, the time difference made it difficult to reach anyone. I contacted Europamundo on WhatsApp and communication was much easier and everything was taken care of. We were able to meet up with the tour on day 2 and it wasn’t a problem at all. Diego was our guide in Dublin and got us to London. Miguel was in London and Begonia got us to France and in Paris. The local guides were Ivan in Dublin and William in Paris. They were all wonderful! The city tours by bus were fantastic. We got to see everything quickly and had good views on the talk buses. The guides were entertaining and had fun stories and anecdotes. Everything was presented in both Spanish and English and we never felt left out, not being fluent in Spanish. There were always timely stops and suggestions on what to do during free times. In Dublin, we signed up to tour St Patrick’s Cathedral, but didn’t get to go due to lack of interest. Our payment was refunded and it was no problem. We had purchased tickets to the Guinness Storehouse and went there on our free evening. It was easy to change the ticket time around our schedule and we took a Free Now taxi (like Uber) to get there but walked back to our hotel which was very close to the heart of Dublin. We then took a 3.5 hr ferry to wales. Caernarfon was quaint and the castle is very cool to see. It was a fun lunch stop that we would not have otherwise seen. We then went to Liverpool which I loved. The Beatles museum was worthwhile and the hotel is again in a great location. We spent the evening walking around Royal Albert Dock which is beautiful with many fun restaurants and views. We walked back to our hotel through the Liverpool ONE area. The next day we traveled through the UK, stopping at Stratford upon Avon and Oxford before reaching London. Both were nice stops, fun places to see and we had about 1-2 hrs to check them out. Our hotel in London was outside of the city, in Wembley Park but literally steps away from the metropolitan station and right next to Wembley Stadium which was really fun to see and walk around. On our free day, I scheduled a Thames River cruise and the London Eye- both were great and I recommend getting tickets in advance. We rode the metro there and back and had no problems navigating our way. I highly recommend the excursion to Windsor. Well worth it! We toured the Castle (amazing!!) and the town is delightful! Check out Creams for the most delicious ice cream ever! After London, we went to Canterbury, another adorable town with fun shopping. Then we headed to Dover (white cliffs!) to board a ferry to France. It sounds like when weather is good they take the ferry and when bad, they take the Chunnel. In France we drove towards Paris. We stopped in Amiens to see the amazing cathedral. Food options were limited as we didn’t have much time and it was late in the day. We did find a pizza place (Mosaique Pizza) that offered take away and was delicious. All the food in France was superb! The hotel in Paris was again outside of the city center but very accessible with the metropolitan. I had pre purchased tickets to the Palace of Versailles and the Lourve. These went partially to waste as our schedule changed and they do not allow time changes for the tickets. I was, however able to just purchase palace tickets with our updated entrance time and use the previous tickets to enter the gardens. Versailles is incredible. Lots of walking and so much to see. You could spend days there. For the Lourve, I got tickets ahead of time as I was fearful of missing out. I had no need to worry. They offered the guided tour for 50 euros each (usual tickets are 18ish) but the tour is completely worth it! The Paris guide William lead the tour and he is THE BEST! He is hilarious and super knowledgeable. He showed us the highlights with loads of good info and stories and we left the Lourve knowing we could go back and spend days there and still never see it all, but didn’t feel like we missed anything either. The Eiffel Tower was also a highlight. I would have lived to go back to it at night but by the end of our trip and after walking all day at Versailles and The Lourve, we were exhausted! We will definitely be back! This is a wonderful tour that packs A LOT in to every day! It’s perfect for hitting all of the top tourist spots and is a great introduction to these wonderful locations!Show more

  The website should state that this tour is operated in both English, Spanish, and Portuguese. When I first got on the bus and the tour guide started speaking Spanish I panicked because I thought I was on the wrong tour. Dublin - The "stroll on the banks of River Liffey, visiting its parks, its old university and its lively downtown streets. We will stroll around Trinity College" was a bus ride that quickly passed through each one. We did not go through Trinity College at all. The bus drove around it. The hotel was about a 20-minute walk from the fun parts of Dublin. We liked the hotel they put us in before the tour started. Caernarfon - I wish we had time to visit the castle. Otherwise, no complaints. Liverpool - The Beatles museum was great and the recommendations to visit the Tavern Club (Must visit) was amazing! Loved my time here. Stratford Upon Avon - Sadly the church was closed so we couldn't see a Shakespeare's grave. Nice little town with many shops and places to eat. Oxford - Didn't have enough time to visit Christ Church College. That is a must-see place and we didn't have time to visit it. The museum was very nice and free! London - I enjoyed this tour a lot because our guide, Fernando, knew exactly where to be and at what time to see the changing of the guards. He had it down to a science. I don't think we needed to meet at the end of the day to have a tour of the China Town. After that tour we only had little time to eat before the bus left. The free day was much needed after many days of getting up early for the transfers. On your day off take a boat tour on the river, go on the London Eye, and go for afternoon tea. Plan on booking these in advance as tickets and times sell out! We did not take the Eurotunnel we took a ferry again instead. Canterbury - Beautiful place with a peaceful scenery. Again, we didn't have enough time to visit the Cathedral as it opened at a certain time, and we had to leave soon after it opened. Amiens - Quick pit stop here to visit the Amiens Cathedral which was beautiful. We did not see any floating gardens, I wished we did though. Paris - This is what made the tour much better. We were separated into another group with other English Speakers. The Eiffel Tower was amazing! Going early is the right plan. Make sure to visit level 1 after you are done with level 2 because it has some places to eat and nice sitting areas. Visit the Eiffel Tower at night because you can see it sparkle! Bring a blanket, pizza, and drinks and enjoy a nice picnic. Don't buy from the people selling their own alcohol, bring your own. Don't leave Paris without doing this! There were some issues with timing on our boat tour due to the police checking the bus records and not finding what they were hoping to find.... We were dropped off at the Louvre Museum which sadly we didn't have enough time to visit because of no time. Try to buy tickets beforehand for the museum. We couldn't go the next day because it was closed. Ellen was great! Quick notes - Seems this trip is more for Spanish speakers. Sometimes the guides would forget to translate to English so other people would translate for us. You will have to wake up early almost every day. Long bus drives in seats with little leg room. Buy tickets in advance. Planning a trip through Europe yourself would be better.Show more
