  The tour went very well with excellent tour guides throughout with special mention of Ayoub in Morocco with whom we spent most of our time. The hotels were all quite good and I would rate those in Rabat, Marrakech and Fez as excellent. Breakfast and food throughout was good. Camel ride on the Sahara in Morocco, Bernabeau tour, Alhambra and the Flamenco in Seville (and the local tour guide) among others are memorable. Some of the buses were a bit cramped for legroom even for average height folks… should avoid these on longer drives.Show more

  I did not give this tour a five star rating because of my experience in Spain and Portugal , not because of my experience in Morocco. Morocco with Ayoub was amazing. He is such a talented tour guide for his English visitors. I did get to meet all the tour guides and bus drivers (which are all amazing)! I felt like I was in a family. I have to say Morocco was amazing. I loved that week the most! I can not recommend it enough. There was one hotel in the itinerary that is not the best in Morocco (WiFi issues and did not like the food that much) but trust me, Ayoub makes up for it! He made sure we were always safe and the "yalla yalla, let's go". Spain and Portugal you need to explore for yourselves... the tour guides do not show you much. They felt not guided at all.   The whole tour in Morocco starting from the bus pick up from the ferry boat fromTangier And coming back is dreadful aside from the fact that most people in the bus are hispanics esp the inconsiderately rude Argentinians,2 of our Moroccan tour guides who stayed with us in the whole time in Moroccan Bus tour, namely Anaz And Hamid are horrible. Firstly, they are not informative of the place as tour guides secondly they tolerate the negative actions of the hispanic passengers. In the bus we were only 10 English speaking passengers but we also have the right to be informed in English regardless if its just an announcement that its a rest room stop all the more if its a significant information about the place we are touring. I booked trip with Europamundo before And I have another booking in April. I’m sorry to say but I was so disgusted, disappointed, And turned off in this trip. I hope this doesn’t happen again.Show more

  Pretty poor. I am a solo female traveller, travelling solo for the first time. I was notified last minute that I was the only English speaking person in a tour of Spanish speaking people. The tour was predominantly conducted in Spanish. The tour guides tried to accomodate for me at times but I had to remind them many times that I didn’t speak Spanish. On more than one occasion, I wasn’t given direction in English where the rest of the group were given direction in Spanish. This lead me to many uncomfortable and even dangerous situations for me. Our tour had many different people on different tours and also staying at different hotel. Usually the tour guides would advise who was going where. On one occasion, I got off the tour bus at the incorrect hotel, and then when the tour guide realise he told me that my name wasn’t called out. Well, I didn’t understand what he was saying because there was no direction given in English. On another occasion, I caught the wrong tour bus after a show due to lack of translation and had a driver that didn’t speak any English either. I was the last person left on the bus, still thinking it was going to my hotel. When the driver realised he was not pleased. I attempted to communicate with him via Google translator but all he kept saying was taxi. He literally took me about 20 minutes away from my hotel and dumped me on the side of the road at 10 pm and told me to catch a taxi. Again I am a first time solo female traveller in a strange city. I lost count of all the times local tour guides jumped on the tour bus to give the group a tour of their city and they didn’t speak any English. I missed majority of the history of cities in at least half of the cities I went to due to this. I had problems with this company from the second I booked my tour. Definitely won’t be using them again and definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone I know.Show more

  Trip itinerary was pretty much as described, a few deviations on the fly which is to be expected. Group we were with spoke mostly Spanish and the guides were not fluent in English. We missed a lot of context, as we got very short explanations (30-40 seconds) and the Spanish went on for 4-5 minutes. Good value for the cost, some of the hotels were five star and quite nice. It was a lot of time on the road in a bus and staying on schedule. Group meals were pretty good and done at the hotels we stayed. The meal in the Granada hotel not so good.Show more

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, unfortunately, we had not received any communication from your end while you were still on the tour, we provide our 24h hotline and WhatsApp number on the voucher of every passenger and had we received this report in real-time, we could have acted upon this situation but generally based on our terms and conditions available on our website, All our overland routes, in group or private, includes the accompanying of tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides in some cases. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups might be bilingual according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages. The distances between each city is mentioned in the itinerary but we understand that being in the bus for a long duration would cause discomfort for some passengers and we would like to thank you for your elaborated review about our itineraries and we will take your recommendation into consideration to imrpove our services.   I took this trip with my family of 4 with 2 girls 10 and 12 at the end of March which is a good time to go. We had a great time. I was a bit worried about Morocco but it turned out to be very safe and the conditions of the hotels are excellant. I would recommend this trip for people who want to see Morocco. You will have better time if you can walk reasonably well. Sometimes we register about 20,000 steps a day. The meals are great. We felt safe the whole time with the guide. If you take this trip, going to the Sahara desert and riding the camel is a must! Surprisingly, we enjoyed the smaller places like Fes and near the desert than places like Casablanca or Rabat. If you just see Tangier, then you really have not seen Morocco.Show more

  The tour itself was excellent. Our guides were terrific. Most hotels and meals were very good. Local guides were knowledgeable and helpful. My husband has some difficulty walking but managed to keep up with most tours, so I would not recommend this trip for anyone with walking disabilities. On the whole the trip was well worth the cost.Show more

  The tour was enjoyable however there were times where the numbers of people who spoke various languages caused some confusion for the tourists. When we arrived at the tour stops it was very difficult to get served and to the rest rooms before the bus was due to leave. When we had the small English speaking group it was 100% better.. A number of the hotels had faulty bathrooms I.e. sink plug, toilet cistern continuing running. The tour guides were very pleasant and knowledgeable and very helpful.Show more
