The worst travel experience I’ve ever had – Ancient Egypt Tours My trip to Egypt was supposed to be a 15-day...

Dear Farahnaz, I am sorry you feel that way but first please check the same trip on tourradar platform you will realize that Highlights of Egypt never included Hurghada. You had only 2 free days in Cairo and one in Alexandria and these days are essential in every itinerary upon our customers' request as they enjoy a day or two to explore by themselves. In Alexandria, visitors must have a free day to enjoy the beach. If you check the excluded and included items of all tours you will find that neither flights nor Sleeper train tickets nor entrance fees are included in any tour It is stated in all our tours that changes may apply specially in Upper Egypt but all sites and activities included in your tour will be visited and done and that is exactly what happened. Flights must be booked early because all archeological sites end visits at 16:00 so we must follow a time schedule in order not to miss a visit All of our staff in every city were in constant communication with you all the time via WhatsApp You were disappointed because your tour was not a group tour and I have explained to you that our tours are guaranteed departure therefore, even if I receive only one booking to a tour on a certain date I run it anyway on private basis without adding the private tour supplement To conclude, I am sorry you feel that way. Your feedback is very important to us. Thanks you for taking the time to review us Ancient Egypt Tours Team
