The travel agency messed up our erfs forms multiple times which delayed our visa getting process. The tour just included the forms, hotels (their choice), a train ticket, hotel transfer by van upon arrival. They did not send a car on the way back, just a man to take us with a subway, walking in the pouring rain for 10 minutes to the subway station soaking wet. the kyoto hotel was new, nice and located at a good area, but they didn't include breakfast. the Tokyo hotel was old and in a horrible uphill business are 10-15 minute walk from the subway and super inconvenient. The hotel didn't even have a lobby.Show more

Your Trip to Japan was undertaken in the infancy of Japan reopening with many restrictions in place, thus resulting any many services that would have been offered pre COVID. In our quotation stage, this was clearly reflected . We did offer you a three or four star option, you choosing the 3 Star option. After investigations, we note that ERFS are normally guaranteed with in 7 days, due to your urgency we turned this around in 24 hours. The lack of a space in your name is a standard practice through out the Industry and when you advised us that the Embassy would not accept this, we had the certificate reissued with 2 business days. We did not receive any phone call from our people on the ground in relation to any of the other matters and hope that you did try to reach out to the emergency number provided, who are there to solve any issues whilst travelling. We have not received previously any negative comments on the Hotel you stayed at in Tokyo, however we will pass your comments onto our people on the Ground in Japan. We are sure you would have taken the train for your departure transfer as the Airport Limousine Bus at that time was on extremely limited schedules.
