Do you have availability for any tour starting Dec 19th morning starting in San Jose and ending Dec 26th in San Jose. We are vegetarians.

Can I add extra activities when booking the tour?

You can book the Adrenaline bundle in advance, but other day trips must be booked locally based on availability.

Could you check if you could accomodate 4 people?

Unfortunately this date only has three spaces remaining, the next date with four spaces would be the 22nd or 29th March.

We are 3 adults, and we would like to join your tour, starting 27th January. Would that be possible to have a discount, given the 1-day less accommodation? Could you help us arrange a private transport to the Pacific coast from where we will be on the 1st Feb? How many people are already scheduled to attend that tour, and what nationalities?

We currently only have two spaces left on the 27th January 2025 departure for Costa Rica: Monteverde and La Fortuna. These two spaces are also on request. It generally takes 3-5 business days to receive a response. If space is available, you will be booked and confirmed on the tour, if space is not available, then we can look at alternative tours, dates, or will issue a full refund. So this was my first trip I had ever taken like this so I don't have anything to compare it to. Overall the experience was good. Our "CEO" Steph was pretty good. She was very familiar with Costa Rica and gave us alot of fun facts. The excursions were alot of fun, however, I think they were pretty expensive. There were some hiccups here and there. Like the first night, there was no hot water in our hotel so I called the front desk to let them know. It was fixed within a couple hours. Breakfast was the only thing included and it was pretty decent. I'm pretty sensitive to eating some things so i got sick a couple times from the food. Steph was very helpful when I needed to go to the doctor for an infection I had gotten on my leg which I truly appreciated her for. I was very disappointed with the fact that we ended up in a 3 star hotel in La Fortuna when it was shown on here that it was 4 star. Not happy about that which is the main reason I took off the extra star. So in advance, just know that this tour covers hotel, breakfast, and transportation. Activities are not included. Take cash for tipping because you pretty much tip every day you're there. Also they mixed up my pick up time on the last day that i paid for in advance (50 dollars) so I woke up earlier than I needed to and panicked a bit because of the mixup. Overall, it was a cool experience but not sure if I'll do it again as I'd like to make sure the hotel I'm getting is what i paid for. And Uber is very common as well as taxis. I spent 100 roundtrip just on transportation to and from the airport and even that got screwed up a bit. So I don't think that part is worth it. Despite the hiccups, it was great. I think I'd like more control next time. Oh and on the last dinner, we didn't get a choice (which a few of us didn't like) and one guy's food had a worm in it ? so won't go there again. The cloud forest walk was great, ziplining in Monteverde was wonderful, and the coffee tour and lunch was amazing. Good work G Adventures!Show more

It’s very clear in the description but very little is actually included other than transport and accommodation. There are plenty of optional activities but they are expensive. Accommodation in La Fortuna was a $50 motel, ok but not what we were expecting for a premium tour. Accommodation in Monteverde was lovely, maybe they spent all the money on that! This was my 3rd tour with G Adventures. We were a small group of 10 + Luis, our tour guide. The lodge we stayed in at La Fortuna was not Magic Mountain but it did have its own hot springs, which was great. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t so my friend and I walked to a nearby Italian restaurant for a good meal. Mind you the roadways are poorly lit as sunset is about 5:30 PM. Luckily the restaurant’s van saw us about half way there, picked us up and later drove us back. So you can venture away from the lodge for meals. Also Uber is readily available in San Jose and can take you to & from the airport....Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
