it depends on which rate and which plan you will choose. For example for 3* and 4* you will have standard Luxury tent in Wadi Rum with private Bathroom and A/C for sure. For 5* will be Stargazing tent in with private Bathroom and A/C for sure as well. also any time you can take like 3* or 4* in Petra but upgrade the tent in Wadi Rum.

Can I bring my travel luggage on the trip? Or it is difficult?

Yes sure, it will be with you and the driver vehicle all time when you visit the places. It is ok.
