We couldn't fault our 3 day Nusa Penida experience with BaliTripMate Our lovely driver Diky picked us up from our hotel to catch a speed boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida. On arriving, we were greeted by our amazing Nusa Penida driver Kadek. BaliTripMate's exceptional itinerary included the incredible sights of the lesser known of Nusa Penida Island. We visited Kelingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach, Diamond Beach, Peguyanan and Tembeling Waterfalls, Goa Giri Putri Temple and Crystal Bay stopping for lunches at a local restaurants. Kadek was punctual to pick us up from our hotel and assisted in recommending times to start the day to best avoid larger crowds and take photos with the best position of the sun. Kadek made the trip fantastic. He was friendly, talkative, knowledgable and took amazing pictures of us - everything was seamless and we never felt rushed or pressured. Kadek was even kind enough to buy us traditional local meal to try for breakfast. Both Riki and Kadek went to great lengths to provide us with a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend a trip to Nusa Penida to explore the beautiful island and contacting Riki and the team at BaliTripMate for support planning your itinerary.Show more

Communication with Bali Trip Mate is excellent, they respond quickly and answer all your questions. They are also very flexible and help you make the itinerary you want. They gave me a reduced rate without accommodations as I already had a hotel booked prior to finding their tour. There is a lot of driving on the tour though, it can be very tiresome. Also, when I was there, I had three different guides because there was a big religious ceremony and Mr Kadek wasn’t available each day. I wish I had known before hand that he wouldn’t be available. The guide the first day, he didn’t speak much English so that was a huge disappointment. He basically drove me around and showed me the sights. I had Mr Kadek the second day and he made the trip amazing. He was talkative and informative, plus he took amazing pictures of me. He also gave me some mangos at the end of my trip before returning to Bali, he is such a kind man. If I had him for the entire tour, they would get 5 stars across the board. I know there were conflicts so it’s not entirely their fault but I just wish I had known, I would’ve chosen different days to go.Show more

Bali Trip Made was great. They were very accommodating and responsive, promptly dealing with a couple of last minute request for changes from my side. Rizal went above and beyond, also helping me solve an issue that had nothing to do with their services. As I was doing the trip solo, I didn’t have a guide but my driver in Nusa Penida, Kadek, was great and even brought me breakfast on the last day after I had asked him what the local specialty was and whether there was anything I should try. The guesthouse was clean and the room spacious, though breakfast wasn’t great and I had an issue with lack of water in the bathroom one day - which the staff promptly resolved. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Bali Trip Made!Show more

The tour was great! I was especially impressed with the tour guide and the driver who were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate of everything I needed on tour. They went over and above to make sure the three days were as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Some roads however; are very rough and narrow along cliffsides, so I wouldn't recommend taking your own car or scooter. This island is just beginning to develop it's tourism, and the support of an expert local driver and guide; in an air conditioned comfort with wifi; makes for a smooth, safe and secure trip. Both my driver and tour guide were such genuinely lovely people and were an absolute wealth of knowledge about everything relating to Nusa Pineda, Bali and Indonesia. I'm very lucky to have come across this tour at the beginning of my trip. Thanks to the wonderful Tripmate team - the tone was set for a very enjoyable Bali holiday.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
