I had an amazing time. Booking with Wilson was very straightforward - even in spite of me being a very last minute booking. The hotel was great for the price you paid - the team there are helpful & there are.lots of other travellers so it's quite sociable. I travelled alone and my Spanish is sketchy, so it was great that lots of things were already sorted (eg transport to/from airport). Hotel also in a great location, one street up from the main strip/sea front. The trip ticks off many Galapagos highlights. There's a lot to see on Santa Cruz alone. The bay tour is great and I was in a small group so saw a lot. Tortuga Bay is lovely for a lazy afternoon and seeing the giant tortoises on day 1 is a good way to start. My only regret is ending on the Volcano walk which, though interesting, was a slightly flat note to end on - for me. Seymour North, however, was simply amazing. We saw a lot of wildlife up close (all the birds from nature documentaries) and afterwards swam with sea lions - who seemed to find us as fun to play with as we did them. Compared to other tourists, I think this package is good value for.money.

    Asked on March 15th, 2024

We are a group of 4 people and we would like to do a tour of the galapagos islands for 5-6 days, starting on the 23rd and finishing on the 28th or the 29th. We like being active but also like to learn about the journeys of Darwin. We dont mind being with a group or on our own. Could you please recommend some options? We would prefer if you could also book the flights from mainland ecuador to galapagos islands for us.
