For $750 for effecively 3 days max this was not a great value. The local operator's workers were pretty nice but they...
For $750 for effecively 3 days max this was not a great value. The local operator's workers were pretty nice but they tried to place us in a 2* hotel. After sorting that and moving to the property where we were meant to stay we were told there would be yet another change (we spent one night there and were moved due to an apparent wedding taking up the whole building - wait, I thought I booked this hotel?( and we were moved on the second night to an apartment hotel that was bare bones, basic and unfriendly. Galapagos is beautiful but 3 quick excursions between two islands with 5 hours of bumpy ferry rides is not a good value for the money. Marcos and his team, Juan etc are nice but it's really not the way you want to spend your $ in the Galapagos. Take a cruise that includes meals and see more places. The breakfasts were not great, the lunches were better and dinner was not included. That said, Puerto Ayora is a cute little town, a little disheveled but also quite chill. A good jumping off point for the exploration of the Galapagos, you can probably do this on your own much cheaper. Again if transfers and convenience are what you want it's all organized, but not amazing by any means.Show more

Hi Sorry for the inconvenience that you had, but all the information about hotel and excursions are detailed in the itinerary, the dinner is not included, you did not read the Galapagos program, we use Galapagos Dreams Hotel 3*** which is very comfortable hotel, and the itinerary is very nice program for people who love the nature and adventure.- However, we gave you an upgraded (Hotel) because you were the only person who complained in the group as you did not read the program specifications, and you didn't have to pay anything for the upgraded. The price is affordable (Galapagos Surprising - 4 days) nowadays if you want another type of hotel for instance 5 stars hotel or a cruise you have to pay more than 3000,00 USD, once again sorry for your experience but as I mentioned everything is detailed in the itinerary (Hotel, activities and dinner which is not included).

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
