LIM and CUZ AQP and LIM flights are typically under US$300 depending on travel dates.

Single supplement for 1 single traveler. German guide is US$150 per day. We can book domestic flights on Latam LIM-CUZ, AQP-LIM.

You would be met in your hotel to join group tours daily. Machu PIcchu tour would be private with you and our guide. With this tour you would NOT be traveling/touring with the same group througout the itinerary. You would be met at each point and we're always on Whatsapp to talk about what to expect for the day, answer questions and be available. Transporatation from Puno-Colca-Arequipa is by tourist quality buses. You can always upgrade to all private tours too.

Is there a guaranteed departure date in January that she can make book herself on or do you know of a date that has a lot of people booked and are close to the minimum required people for it to run in January?

No, we do not have anything like that for January. That being said, we do offer daily group tours that give her the flexibility to start any day she wishes. If she is hoping to travel for 11 days with the same group of travelers we can't help but we offer safe daily group tours in all of Peru and we stay in constant contact vis WhatsApp to answer questions, be of service and eliminate the feeling that our passengers are totally alone as they travel. We are happy to answer any other questions Heather has. Please note there is a single supplement for single travelers.

Are the two flights Lima Cusco and Cusco Lima included in the offered price?

Flights are not included due to tourradar fees. We can help with that and offer flights at our cost if we can handle that outside of the tourradar system (pay separately). We can also point you to the best fares for you to purchase yourselves online.

  The price for this 11 Day package including very nice hotels is US$2550 for a single, private room, private bath, all breakfasts included and3 lunches. You will be met in Lima by our private car and taken to Miraflores. Your group tour will pick you up in your hotel and return you back to your hotel after the tour.

All airport transfers are private and we like to upgrade all of our passengers to a private tour of Machu Picchu with our personal guide to enhance that experience complimentary. So there is no chance your tours will be cancelled as everything will be prearranged before your arrival for your specific dates: hotels, tickets, flights, tours, transfers, etc.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
