I wanted to book for September and was told that September is full. I would like to be placed on a cancellation list in the event someone cannot go. Also, do you have availability for the first week of October? We are three Italian-Americans coming to see family in Calabria and we want to tour the Amalfi Coast. Please respond with availability and pricing.

We will waitlist you for our September tours. While we'd love to show you the Amalfi Coast, we do already have people waitlisted on both tours so I would recommend looking for something else. I'm not aware of any other similar tours, I think keep looking on tourradar is a good option.

As a single traveller, what is the extra charge? Also, is there an opportunity to be paired with another single traveller on the tour?

There is a single supplement for solo travellers of €350 to cover the accommodation cost. We don't combine solo travellers into a shared room.

Do I have to purchase travel insurance?

We recommend you obtain and maintain full travel and medical insurance for the duration of the Tour

Is this different to a tour with a local guide, as mentioned in other tour itineraries?

In terms of the guided visit of Pompeii, this is similar to our other visits with local guides - the guide here is an archaeologist so a bit more specialised than some. On our tour you have a Tour Leader with you throughout the week, and then in certain locations you have other people/guides come in to show you specific places or activities.

The tour price includes accommodation. You stay at the Hotel Residence, a 4 star hotel with a personal touch. The rooms are tastefully presented, spacious, with high vaulted ceilings. You stay in one place for the week, making it a comfortable type of tour. The hotel is located across the road from the beach.

We have Amalfi Coast Tours running on 8 - 13 September and 16 - 21 September 2023. September weather is still warm and summery, but past the hottest months of July – August. Is it possible to hold 2 seat for us. It should be within the next 2 days.

Yes we can hold 2 places for you, no problem. Typically we have 6 – 12 people in our tour groups, and we cap numbers at 14 maximum. Groups are kept small to ensure a quality experience.

I am looking for a tour that leaves out of Naples and tours Pompei, Capri, Sorrento, and Positano. I love your six day tour that lodges at the lemon farm, but it appears to be sold out for the time frame we need. I would ideally like to travel May 8-13.

This is the only Amalfi Coast Tour that we have in May but it is full, as you noticed. We do have the same tour running on 17-22 July 2023.

Excellent tour! Lots of extra activities included that are unique to the region. I loved especially the cooking at Ravello and the visit to the limoncello farm. Malcolm was fantastic and looked after us very well also with little local treats along the way. Hotel was very comfortable and food was good. Maybe the only criticism would be the exhausting crowds at the ferries to Capri and Positano. Perhaps a private boat charter would work better. I can definitely recommend this tour. Italy with Pleasure delivered on the trip of a lifetime, with an immersive Amailfi Coast experience. This trip was a delight to the senses. From the beauty and charm of the Amalfi region with its crystal blue sparkling waters, to the top notch menus in beautiful restaurants and cafes, featuring the foods of the region, to the smell of wonderful lemons at every turn. The small group dynamic added to the charm. I met wonderful people from around the world and enjoyed 6 days of fun and adventure with them. The highlight (and this was hard because there were so many to choose from) was making our lunch at the gorgeous Villa Maria Cooking School high atop the beautiful hillside town of Ravello. Making our own mozzarella and limoncello was a real treat. Our guide Malcolm was great fun and his passion for this region made this trip memorable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of the places they travel to. Thanks for the memories!Show more

I and three of my friends (all ladies) decided to get the most out of our Amalfi Coast experience and ITALY WITH PLEASURE was the right tour company for us! From our first inquiry to our last hugs goodbye, this company delivered the very best in service! Our wonderful guide, Richie, is an American Art History major who has lived in Italy for the past 10 years. Our tour was full of inspiration and beauty at every turn, but it was also relaxing and unhurried and steeped in local culture. Too many special touches to mention that made our experience all the sweeter! We had great weather (a bit hot at times) in late September. If car sickness is your challenge, the winding, mountainous hair-pin turns along the coast are seriously thrilling, and frightening at times (bring your remedy). Nothing but good things to say! If going to Amalfi Coast, be sure to consider ITALY WITH PLEASURE!! Malcolm and his team are awesome!Show more

The whole program was very well prepared.We came away with an in-depth understanding of life on the Amalfi coast with a terrific variety of experiences..eg. through visits to a lemon farm and producing our own limoncello,, a winery ,a cooking school ,archeological sites and many good meals. Our tour group was small. 7 people.We stayed in the same accomodation for the duration of the tour, and had well paced daily activities. We had great drivers and always felt comfortable in some very challenging traffic situations. Loved it !!Show more
