Is it usual to fly alone or is there a possibility to coordinate flight times with the group to avoid traveling alone?

Most travelers arrange their own flights depending on their needs. We can't coordinate or share other travelers' flight details due to privacy. Many passengers fly solo and meet at the starting hotel for the welcome meeting. We can suggest best arrival and departure times to match the tour schedule.

I'd like to know the types of ages that have already booked onto this tour. I'm 31 years old (born 1992) so just wanting to make sure I don't book onto a trip if the majority are 18

At the moment, the passengers booked are aged between 26-30.

I can see that you are only accepting individuals with covid vaccination. I do not have any vaccines and was wondering if this is still in force or if maybe you provide alternative options (such as negative swabbing).

If you've not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and you're not exempt from having the vaccine for medical reasons, unfortunately you won't be able to travel with us. We're super serious about the safety of our Topdeckers and the communities we visit. For that reason, you must be fully vaccinated to join us – unless you are medically exempt. This policy may change in the future, but i am unsure if/ when that will be. I do apologise for this.

Booked a tour, tour got cancelled 60 days out. Waited four days for a response about moving it to another date, was told there was availability. Awaited a response for another three days, nothing. Called and got told the tour I was to move it to is no longer available. Now out of pocket $1000 for flights with unsuitable dates for any other tours. Have also been told to wait upto 12 weeks for a refund. Pathetic excuse for a company.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Topdeck. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
