This is one very encompassing tour of Egypt. The reason I selected it was it went to locations no other tours were offering. The company also allowed me to adjust my itinerary a little as well--like adding a trip to Alexandria on a day I had free and adding an extra night in Luxor and Sharm el Sheickh. Having said all that it is not a tour for someone who wants to take it slow and easy or doesn't like long road trips through the desert--to get to a few of these locations it's a very long drive and there is no Air plane option. The hike up Mt Sinai starts at midnight after a three-hour drive to the trailhead. The drive from Siwa Oasis to Bahariya Oasis is around 11hrs. The guides were all very good; Walid in Cairo, Amr in Siwa, Marwa in Alexandria and Mohamed in Luxor were full of information and assistance. A couple of things to consider prior to joining: The White desert experience was great but the tent is basic with no facilities or running water—no issue for me but I know people that couldn’t deal with spending a night like that. The cruise ship on the Nile was adequate but it’s an OLD ship--staff were fantastic and food was decent but if you’re looking for a luxury cruise liner this is not the one. The hotel in Sharm el sheikh was on the beach and was decent but the food was very unimpressive. Again overall fantastic trip for me!! Also want to thank the owner Hohamed for the easy flow of communication and allowing me to adjust the trip a little along the way.Show more

Very enjoyable tour w very good lodging and busy itinerary. Communication w the tour operator could have been better as we were often unsure of timeframes and exact details but overall very good. The desert portion was the exception w a poor guide who spoke no English and was in a very uncomfortable vehicle for very long drives. I would suggest future travelers avoid this area as you spend more time in car then seeing sights. We spent more time in sharm and wished we had even more time there as it’s a lovely area w so many activities to choose from and if u like scuba or snorkeling it’s the best in the world w so many spots that are exceptional you can barely scratch the surface in a week.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
