  We had the best time. The tour guides were very attentive and gave us lots of historical information about Portugal. The people were friendly and the food was excellent. We felt safe during our stay in Portugal. The trip was planned & executed seamlessly. We got picked up in a beautiful car and on time. The drivers were courteous. The tour guides (Paulo, Julio, & Nunu) went above and beyond for us. Douro Valley trip was beautiful. We also enjoyed our trip to Cascais & Sintra. We visited castles and historic churches. We ate delicious seafood, franceshina, pasteis de nata, olives, & drank port wines. I highly recommend this trip. Thanks to everyone who worked behind the scenes in making this splendid trip an unforgettable one.

  Ease of booking,Constant communication from the team throughout the process, excellent tour guide once in Lisbon, excellent hotel location/quality & professional, kind airport driver. The quality of the tour content at each destination was top notch! As a solo traveler I felt safe. Highly recommend this tour.

  Our "Best of Lisbon Tour (with Sintra, Évora and Cascais) - 5 Days in Portugal" was exceptional. Not only was it the perfect mix of history, sightseeing, food and culture, but our guide (Jose) was superb. His knowledge of Portugal, ranging from its history to its traditions to its food/restaurants, really took the trip to a whole other level. Kudos to Portugal Travel Center and Jose for a job well done!!!

  We were pleasantly surprised to find we were on private tour. We loved our guide Joao lopes. He was very considerate of our needs and well informed about our itinerary. We learned a lot! The hotel was beautiful and well located. The Fado show that was included was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

  This trip had began with some delayed flights due to a storm which nobody have any control . I arrived in Lisbon a day late , exhausted from being stranded in the airport for 24 hours . I lost a day of tour activity and a day of stay in the hotel which I already paid. You would think I would get a complimentary of something , a compensation for my disastrous trip but not a single drink was offered at the hotel or a free dinner from the tour agency. There was also no follow up messages to check on my arrival. My first day of tour began on Tuesday which was supposed to be my third day. The tour started well and Miguel gave us all the information that we needed . He was good with planning the day and we got to see everything that was promised by the brochure .i was asking the people in my group about the prior excursion on Monday and Sunday but nobody seemed to have an idea what I was talking about . When I started to asked them about our tipping nobody seemed to care as well. Anyway, I made the initiative of giving a tip to Miguel even though we were just dropped off at the middle of nowhere and to fend for ourselves. I guess nobody wanted to say anything since Miguel was already in a bad mood on our drive back to Lisbon. Enjoyed the Fado show and the food but the area was in some dark alleys and there’s a bit of a walk to find an Uber. Would not recommend if walking alone. My second tour which was also my last did not start well. I woke up really early because under my instruction it was supposed to start early. But my pick up did not show up on time because of the traffic and when I called the number of the tour guide , I was told it was cancelled . I freaked out !!! Fortunately Fabio showed up , a replacement. Both of us were confused. I couldn’t understand why I was alone in this tour and Fabio have no answers since he was just contracted for that day. Finally realized this wasn’t a group tour that I anticipated. I just wished there was more transparency, more of a communication. Because towards the very end of this trip they failed to arranged my pick up transfer which I had paid and that was at 430 in the morning for my 7 am flight

  We started our vacation in Lisbon, with 4 days of guided tours with Pedro. He was wonderful - always on time, so courteous, and a wealth of information. It would be hard to find someone with more knowledge of the history of his country. He shared so much detail about each of the sites we visited, and was able to answer any questions. If you get a chance to book a tour with Pedro, do it. You won’t be disappointed!

  Thank you so much for a great experience. I didn't have to worry about booking anything including transportation from and to the airport. They were quick to respond if I had any questions. Some feedback. It would be helpful to have the names of the tour company on the itinerary and update the description. For example they changed the Evora trip and it didnt include what was on my itinerary. Also beware to take 10 euros to pay for the Palace in Sintra. I wasn't aware but luckily I had change. Also just a heads up if you use this company, the Lisbon tour doesn't include the main attractions so you may need to book an additional Lisbon tour. I wouldn't change this Lisbon tour though. It was worth it. I also recommend staying an extra day and booking a day tour to Fatima, Nazare, and Obidos. Thank you so much for everything!
