Unfortunately we will not be providing arrival and departure airport transfers. Please make your own way to the hotel and next destinations. The hotel list will be confirmed around 45 days prior to departure. We are planning to stay in the following or similar hotels: Day 1 - Stanford Hotel Seoul, Day 2 - Gyengju Commodore hotel, Day 3 - Daegu Inter Burgo Exco Hotel, Day 4 - Sokcho Sea Cruise Hotel, Day 5-6 - Stanford Hotel Seoul.

I have two questions: First, my wife and I are concerned about traveling between the airport and the hotel on the first day and returning to the airport on the last day. Will Tomato Travel assist us? Second, we are both seniors in our 70s, and further, I am an ostomate. Will the transportation have regular planned stops at WCs or restrooms at intervals of approximately 90 minutes?

We will be happy to offer airport transfers at AU$150.00 per person, per way, based on a minimum of 2 passengers. During the tour, we typically schedule a break stop every 1.5 to 2 hours. However, please note that this may vary depending on traffic conditions or any changes to the schedule. We encourage you to communicate with the tour guide at any time during the tour should you have any concerns or questions.

  Last question before I present this tour to my wife for her consideration: As we have household pets that need boarding during our absence, and, of course, we must also find and book our round-trip flights to Seoul, is there a right to cancel period in the event we cannot address these issues successfully?

  As we are seniors, or, more simply, old, how will our luggage be handled on the tour, if at all? We noticed that several tour agencies on Tourradar do require their travelers to essentially handle their own luggage on, for example, travel between cities and hotels, which, we're afraid, may be too daunting for us to handle.
