Tour Altinkum Turkey is an absolutely reliable and organised company. We booked the tour many months in advance and I wondered if they would forget about our booking. They did not forget, and made contact about a week before the tour and provided the actual domestic flight tickets. Whilst a detailed itinerary is provided upon booking, a member of staff sends valuable daily updates via Whatsapp: pickup time, the location, cash to bring for admission, clothing to wear for next day activities. You are also provided very clear instructions as to whether you need to bring your luggage along or not as sometimes you have an opportunity to return to the hotel before leaving for the airport. The company provides full transfers from arrival into Istanbul to departure from Istanbul. They offer so much flexibility that we had finished our tour but continued privately for 3 days afterwards. They were still more than happy to organise transfers from our final hotel to Istanbul airport. We went for the 4-star hotel option which is more than sufficient. The tours start early and end in the afternoon so there is not much idle time.Many thanks to Meric and Sedef who were so kind and helpful! Triple rooms are around 15–18 square meters. As most of the hotels are city hotels, the rooms are not very large. It would be more comfortable for three people to choose one twin/double room and one single room instead.

Yes, hot air balloons operate in winter as well. The flights depend on weather conditions, and all of them take place at sunrise, so they will not affect your tour schedule. The price is USD 250 per person, including pick-up and drop-off. If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, it will be fully refunded. Our tour package prices are fixed, and a discount is already included.

Regarding the hot air balloon, it can be arranged for the morning of Day 3. After your reservation is completed, we will be glad to book it for you. The first day of your program is your arrival transfer day, so the arrival time is not important. Yes, your tour will start on December 11th if you book the December 10th package. You may review the full tour itinerary on the page — the admission tickets are not included in the price, and the museums to be visited are listed in the itinerary.
