    Asked on November 21st, 2024

Does this tour price include internal travel? what about a single suppliment ? is there any ? does this 17 day tour have any starting dates in mid January?

    Price / Availability
    Single supplement
    Tour Details
    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten November 2024

The tour price does not include the airfare, and the single supplement is not included in the price either. For countries like Laos and Cambodia, the single supplement can be significantly higher. I would recommend considering a tour that takes place entirely within Vietnam if you're traveling solo, as this could be more cost-effective for you.

what would the single suppliment cost for this tour be ?

      TravelerWritten November 2024

Vietnam and Cambodia works but what is the single suppliment?

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten November 2024

The single supplement fee can vary around $650, which covers Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Additionally, if you could share the specific dates and times, I would be able to provide a more accurate quotation.

hello,I would like to travel sometime between the 15th of January and the end of February

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten November 2024

I would recommend avoiding the Lunar New Year (Tết) holiday period in Vietnam, which falls from late January to early February, as most services will be closed during this time. This will limit your ability to fully experience the destination. As for the specific dates, you can either travel in mid-January before the holiday rush, or after Tết in mid-February.

    Asked on October 21st, 2023

    1) Does this trip run post-pandemic since the last reviews are before Covid (January 2020)? 2) In terms of luggage what is the permitted luggage - we plan to travel with 2 small backpacks and one 20kg suitcase - is that OK? 3) When it comes to recommended vaccinations, especially COVID-19 - what would be the latest update on this subject - such as proof of vaccination or negative tests as a mandatory requirement?

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten October 2023

      1. Yes, this trip is still available and runs as usual since everything is back to normal now after Covid19. And especially the tourism is getting back on its feet. 2. For each flight, depending on the airline, you'll have 7 kilograms of cabin luggage and 20-23 kilograms of signed luggage. So your 20kg suitcase should be totally fine. 3. Currenly, there's no need of proof of vaccination or negative tests as a mandatory requirement when entering Vietnam as a tourist so don't worry, it's not complicated with the procedure to travel here.

    Asked on October 22nd, 2022

I am trying to book the tour, but I cannot find any accommodation options that allow me to book for a single traveler. Can you please help me and clarify what is the supplement for the single traveler and how I can book it.

    Accommodation
    Single supplement
    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten October 2022

About the accommodation, you can choose Double room and then tick on the 'I'm traveling with a friend who is booking seperately' and then fill in a different name and email. Since you're a single traveller, the supplement for a whole 17-day tour will be 800 USD. We can discuss more about the extra fee payment when the booking is confirmed.

      TravelerWritten October 2022

I am looking into the tour that starts on the 5th Nov. I am ready to confirm the tour, but the single traveler supplement is way over my budget. If there is an option to negotiate the single traveler supplement I would be glad to confirm the tour.

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten October 2022

We've found 1 more traveler want to go on the same tour. So we can arrange 2 of you together to reduce the single supplement. And the price will not add up. We'll persuade the other customer to start the tour on Nov 5th too but hope you can be flexible on your side too.

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten October 2022

Nov 5th is also convenient for him. The other traveler is male and i'm wondering if it is okay for you to share a room with him. If yes, a twin room is absolutely possible.

      TravelerWritten October 2022

I am sorry but this is not an option for me. Can I please have a single room.

    • Crossing Vietnam TourOperatorWritten October 2022

Unfortunately Laos and Cambodia haven't restart the tourism yet and they haven't got group tour so the cost of private tour plus single supplement is way out of reach. The other traveler still hasn't decide to go this November either. That's why we are sorry to inform you that we can't arrange this tour for you this early November.
