I am looking for a group trip around New Year. I saw this trip, leaving on 27/12, ending on 9/1. Can you tell me more if this is already guaranteed / more people who have booked? If so, can you tell me a bit more about the ages?

Unfortunately, we do not have a group departure for those specific dates. We currently have two confirmed group options available: Explore Benin, Togo, and Ghana from 17th - 30th December 2025 and Magical Benin, Togo, and Ghana from 8th - 21st January 2026.

Is there a 10-day tour available? From March 9-19

We currently do not have a pre-arranged 10-day tour available from March 9 to 19, 2025, we will customize an itinerary based on your request and share it with you by the end of tomorrow.

Does your 14 day Ghana, Benin, Togo tour use a mini bus or mini van. I don't like crowded travel.

We have the option of using a mini van or a 30-seater bus, depending on the size of the group at the time of travel. We are happy to arrange the trip as a private tour for you.

I am very interested in this tour but I had a question about visas. I am a US citizen can I get a visa at border crossings or will i need them before I arrive.

Regarding your question about visa, you will need it before your arrival at borders and we could assist you with the visa application here in Ghana regarding the Togo Benin visa but with the Ghana visa, we would provide you with a visa application support letter that you would submit in applying for your Ghana visa. However, you could also apply for the Togo and Benin visas online. Kindly note that visa cost and flight fares are excluded from tour package cost.

I'm interested in a guided tour from Accra to Lome-Ouidah to Cotonou to Lagos. I would make my own arrangements in Accra and Lagos. Is it possible to take part in only part of the tour as a solo traveler?

Can the tour start on the morning of April 22nd if I arrive in Accra, Ghana on April 21st? I'm planning to travel through Togo, Benin, and Nigeria before returning to Canada on May 8th. I'm trying to figure out visas for Benin and Togo.

  Do you also offer shared rooms, or am I obliged to book the single occupancy rates? Because that makes it not very attractive anymore to book. Can you let me know if you have any guaranteed group tours between 27/12-9/1 running? Preferably with people in their 30s/40s?

At the moment, we do not have any group trips scheduled from 27th December 2025 to 9th January 2026.   First for the 14 day tour how much is the price for a private tour? Second, the mini van will not work for me. They are generally too crowded with uncomfortable seating in the rear. Therefore what time of year do you generally have enough passengers to use bus? Therefore, my best option maybe to wait until you have a tour where you already have enough passenger to use a bus then I would join.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
