Dear Akil Thanks so much for your review. As we informed you previous to your booking " In Greece there are no specific hotels offering Halal Food. We will take into consideration regarding your wish for one person: gluten free, lactose free and chicken free food during the stay. As per your program there are 7 breakfasts & 3 dinners (Day 3, 4, 5)." We did inform the hotels in advance and we are sure there were some available options in the all inclusive buffets , but logically the ammount of available meals would be smaller for you than people without dietary restrictions. Referred to the prices, we can not control the prices of the meals in restaurants. However we are happy rest of our services were good for you. Have a great week ahead David

    Marilyn

    Asked on March 1st, 2026

I am looking into trips to take with my 85 year-old grandmother who has some difficulty getting around. She is fine to walk at a slow pace for decent distances but as soon as there is any elevation or stairs, she can't go more than 5 minutes comfortably. Would this trip accommodate her needs?

    Age Range
    Tour Details
    • Destination Services GreeceOperatorWritten March 2026

She is very welcome to join the tour, provided she understands that some sites involve walking on uneven ground and climbing steps. If she feels comfortable managing that level of activity, we would be delighted to have her. However, if her mobility is limited, certain aspects of the program may be challenging for her.

    • M

      Marilyn

      TravelerWritten March 2026

Would it possibly be an option for her to not climb up to the monastery in Meteora, and instead wait near the bus? That sounded like the only part that would be a problem. Are there other parts that would be difficult as well?

    • Destination Services GreeceOperatorWritten March 2026

Please note that most of the archaeological sites have uneven terrain and can be difficult to access. While a few sites are more easily navigable, in general, visiting these areas may be challenging for individuals with mobility difficulties.

Can you please send a quote for a 1-night upgrade to Hotel Amalia Delphi? Additionally, is it possible to have the group transferred to the Port of Piraeus instead of Athens Airport on the final day? Can you please confirm if early check-in will be possible?

    • Destination Services GreeceOperatorWritten January 2026

Exceptionally we can arrange the upgrade from Standard hotel category to Superior hotel category only for the accommodation in Delphi area: Supplement for the accommodation at Superior hotel category in Delphi for 1 triple + 1 double room: EUR 90 (One accommodation). We confirm that the departure transfer from the hotel in Athens to the Port of Piraeus is included in this tour at no additional charge. Early Check-in at the hotels is often possible if the room is ready, but it cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability at the time of arrival.

What we're trying to find out is it confirmed that we have the upgrade for the hotel in Delphi? If so, how do I go about paying for the extra €90? We assume the 90 euros covers the upgrade for both rooms in Delphi.
