Unfortunately we had issues with the Types of HOTEL in Athens and some places, the communication with Tour radar was only via a portal and was not immediate. We had requested special meals and though promised was not available. We had serious issues with Lunch and dinner on the tour since we could hardly eat anything. If the bus stops at an all inclusive buffet that is 17Euros, and only thing we can eat is a salad and or Potatoes, is that fair on us? Others have all sorts of choices for the price they pay. Even at Dinner, there was nothing we could eat. At one place, we paid $8 for a basic salad, $1 for a bread. I would not recommend tour radar again specially those with dietary restrictions. They will go hungry.Show more

We will take into consideration regarding your wish for one person: gluten free, lactose free and chicken free food during the stay. As per your program there are 7 breakfasts & 3 dinners (Day 3, 4, 5)." We did inform the hotels in advance and we are sure there were some available options in the all inclusive buffets , but logically the ammount of available meals would be smaller for you than people without dietary restrictions. Our "Classical Greece" tour organised through Tourradar was fantastic and excellent value for money. The tour was well organised and the accomodation was fantastic and of a very high standard. We paid the additional cost to upgrade our accommodation from 3* to 4* and we were extremely happy we did, as all of our hotels were excellent - great service and luxurious. Also, the buffet breakfasts (provided every morning) were fantastic - excellent variety, quality ingredients and delicious. And our tour even included 3 delicious buffet dinners, which again were delicious! We also met some lovely people on tour and made some new friends, which was a bonus! Elie was our tour director and she was just lovely. Elie was very passionate about her job and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited. Furthermore, Elie was very approachable and moved at a comfortable pace, explaining everything whilst ensuring everyone could keep up, as there were people of different ages and abilities, not to mention that the weather was extremely hot and the terrain, sometimes quite difficult. Also, George was our bus driver, and he did a great job, driving very safely through some very narrow roads and keeping us all on schedule, as well as loading and uploading all of our luggage at every hotel. Thank-you to all of you - Great job guys! We loved our tour and have some wonderful memories to enjoy and remember. Would highly Tourradar Tours and will gladly book with them again.Show more

  Would it possibly be an option for her to not climb up to the monastery in Meteora, and instead wait near the bus? That sounded like the only part that would be a problem. Are there other parts that would be difficult as well?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Greece. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Destination Services Greece will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Destination Services Greece" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
