  We had the pleasure of visiting Hue and taking a guided tour of the Imperial City. Our guide, Shang, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history. He made the experience come alive with his engaging stories and insights. We explored the magnificent Imperial Citadel, wandered through the serene tombs of the emperors, and visited the bustling local market. Shang's expertise ensured that we didn't miss a single detail. The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the delicious local cuisine we enjoyed. Shang took us to a traditional restaurant where we savored authentic Vietnamese dishes.   I was disappointed by Bravo Indochina Tours, especially since they had such great reviews. The tour guides themselves were wonderful and the hotels were nice (especially in Hỏi An), which i why I’m giving them two stars. But I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of proactive communication before and during my tour. With my tour scheduled to begin in two days, I had only received one comment a few weeks before telling me that the company had received my flight information. I had no idea if someone was planning to meet me at the airport when I arrived in Hue, where I would be staying for the next four nights, or what time any of the tours would start or if I needed to meet anyone. I called the phone number on the website and received an automated message that the phone number was not in service (yikes!). So then I emailed the company, and to their credit, they responded very quickly that yes, someone would meet me at the airport. Great. I then had to reach out again later that evening to find out what time the tour would start the next morning in Hue. This pattern continued each day throughout the tour and I was given no information about the schedule or anything else unless I specifically asked for it. When I asked for a full itinerary, I only received bits and pieces of information about what would happen the next day. I understand that travel requires flexibility and that last minute changes and updates happen, but the poor planning and proactive communication regarding pick up times was stressful. The trip also included two lunches (not three) and I had to pay for a Vespa cab to take me and all my luggage to the hotel in Hỏi An when the bus from Hue dropped us off in the middle of town and no cabs were available (thank goodness I had asked for my hotel information the night before and knew where I needed to go!). Overall, as long as I was reaching out and asking very specific questions, I received the information I needed quickly, but it took a lot of work on my end and shouldn’t have been necessary.Show more

  We used Bravo Tours for 4 days Central of Vietnam. Along the tour we had visit at different sights including, Hoi An Town, Haivan Pass, a fishing village, Hue Imperial City and some beaches. Pickup was right on time and we had a great ride. Our guide Tan really made the trip great. He was a jokester and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. We were very happy with our tour and decided to use the company for a second tour. Overall, I'd highly recommend going with Bravo Indochina and I'd definitely recommend that people ask forShow more
