Dear Mark, Extending heartfelt thanks from the entire team for choosing us for your culinary holiday and making our days so special with your honourable presence. We are extremely delighted to hear that you enjoyed your moments with us and met your expectations. We understood that you are so passionate about cooking especially Indian Cuisines and your knowledge of Indian Masala, Spices etc is extraordinary. Your positive energy and enthusiasm to do new things really inspired us and we still feel the energy you had during the cooking sessions. We are grateful to you for the knowledge you shared about Environmental issues and the solutions, on which you are working on. We will surely try to incorporate all your suggestions in our business to make it more environmental friendly to save our tiny planet! I think you will recollect all the beautiful memories when you go through the 'Cookbook'. Please let us know if you need any help on recipes/cooking. Mark! you are such a great personality to mingle with and thanks for the beautiful 2 weeks you gave us. Keep in touch! Loving Regards, Smitha & Chef Anoop David
