    Early July is peak summer in the Caucasus, but conditions vary by region. Yerevan & Baku: Warm to hot, with daytime temperatures around 30–35°C (86–95°F). Sightseeing is well paced, with air-conditioned transport and regular stops. Tbilisi & lowland Georgia: Generally 25–32°C (77–90°F), sunny and dry. Mountain regions (Gudauri, Kazbegi): Much cooler and very pleasant, typically 15–22°C (59–72°F) during the day. Overall, July is very suitable for travel. We recommend light clothing, sun protection, a hat, and comfortable walking shoes.

    The longest driving time on any single day is planned not to exceed approximately 7–8 hours on the road, excluding sightseeing stops, meals, and breaks. Longer routes are intentionally split with scenic visits, cultural stops, and rest points, so guests are not seated in the vehicle continuously for long stretches. Border crossing days are also planned with flexibility, allowing sufficient time without rushing.

There is no travel through Armenia–Azerbaijan border areas, and no proximity to active conflict zones. Tourism infrastructure is operating normally, and we run this itinerary year-round without safety-related disruptions. We continuously monitor local conditions and adjust routes if ever required, but at present, there are no safety concerns affecting this tour.

    ✔️ You will be met at the arrival airport, even if your flight arrives early in the morning on the first day.
    
    Our representative will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign and will assist you with the transfer.
    ✔️ Airport pick-up is included in the tour price.
    
    ⚠️ Important to note for early arrivals:
    Standard hotel check-in time is after 14:00.
    If you arrive very early and would like immediate room access, we can arrange pre-night accommodation at an additional cost (optional).
    
    Since you are 1 adult (solo traveler), you will be accommodated in a private single room, as per the package conditions.

    Another question: I read from the itinerary of this tour, "Caucasus countries" that the tour will be border crossing by land between Azerbaijan and Georgia of Armenia. But it contradicts the answer of the question asked posted that the tour will fly from Azerbaijan to Georgia or Arminia. Now, which one is correct: border crossing by land or by air?

    Sorry, I acted prematurely before reading the entirety of the message. If the tour starts in Azerbaijan what the next country to visit? For me personally, I prefer land border crossing than flying. It'll take longer but I could see the beautiful landscapes.

    Thank you for your message, and you're absolutely right to ask for clarification.
    The difference comes from the fact that we operate two itinerary versions, due to current border restrictions.
    
    If the tour starts in Azerbaijan (Baku), the next country visited is Georgia, and the tour continues Azerbaijan → Georgia → Armenia, all border crossings by land.
    ✅ This is the best option if you prefer scenic drives and land borders.
    
    A flight is used only in the original version that starts in Armenia or Georgia and ends in Azerbaijan, because land crossing from Georgia to Azerbaijan is not possible at the moment.
    
    In short:
    If you prefer land border crossings, we recommend starting in Baku and finishing in Tbilisi or Yerevan.
    We'll confirm the exact itinerary with you before you book your flights.

  Is it possible to book twin rooms so we don't need to share a bed. Also I note that only breakfasts are provided I assume we can then choose where to eat and when along the journey? What is your suggested daily budget then for lunches and dinners excluding alcohol.

    We will arrange twin rooms for you and your son, so you'll each have your own bed. The package includes daily breakfasts at the hotels. For lunches and dinners, you are free to choose where and when to eat – our guides will gladly recommend local restaurants. A good budget guideline (excluding alcohol) is about 20 USD per person for lunch and 25 USD per person for dinner.
