Ms Thu was excellent! She was able to reserve me a bigger seat on the bus rides to/from Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh. On the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, she booked me one of the four rooms that had a balcony - all without me even asking! Ms Thu is great at her profession and goes above and beyond in her customer service. She provides around the clock assistance and responsive at all times of day and night. When I texted her to ask if my friends can join me on the Ha Long Bay tour at the last minute, she responded quickly and checked availability right away - even on a Friday night at 11pm!! Book with Ms Thu and you definitely won't be disappointed! Her tours are unbeatable in price and unmatched in value or customer service. Just keep in mind the price you paid compared to it's value - please don't expect 5 star luxury hotels and service when you only paid for 3 star accommodations! Thank you so much Ms. Thu and I will definitely be booking future tours with you again!Show more

Our trip was AMAZING Mis Thu was incredible. Always taking care of us We LOVED Sa Pa. We do feel that the English of our guide was limited so we missed a lot of the stories unfortunately. Halong Bay is magical we enjoyed absolutely every second. The cruise was an unforgettable experience. The food is delicious, the activities were great, the place is magical we loved it. Next time we will definitely stay 2 nights. Ninh Binh was ok ish unfortunately our tour had a mix of English speakers and Vietnamese speakers so the guide had to repeat everything twice. His English was very limited, unfortunately he didn't tell us a lot of the stories and information. And when he did it was very hard to understand and very boring and basic and then he had to repeat everything in Vietnamese so our recommendation for the tour agency is NEVER MIC LANGUAGES and MAKE SURE YOUR ENGLISH GUIDE SPEAKS ENGLISH and Knows the stories. Our Tour of Hanoi was also very basic again our group was mixed with English speakers and Vietnamese and the guide had to repeat everything twice. Very uncomfortable and unfortunately we didn't get so much out of it We took the Street Food Tour and we enjoyed it very much. Also the water puppets was a very different experience The food in the hotels was very good and we absolutely LOVE Vietnam We will be back!!!!!!Show more

  May I knew which part of the 6 days tour are we not accompanied by the tour guide? It is not clearly written on the itinerary. Is the guide speaks understandable english? Is there a tour guide during trekking? I read from a review , saying that the driver just drop us at the spot and we do our trekking by our own. We might get lost then. May I know the hotel and cruise name.
