As you are aware Vietnam has just recently opened their borders so not all providers are currently operating as they don’t have enough clients which means there will be delays or changes that need to be made which are out of our control. Regarding choosing tours our customer service representative worked with you to plan your Itinerary and provided you different options for you to choose from and even covered the extra cost from our own pocket. Also, in your case as you were travelling alone, they were also checking up on you to make sure everything was ok and reminded you about your tours that were booked and responded to all the questions you asked at any time during your trip even after midnight. Also, as the Itinerary mentioned we provided you private transportation and your own accommodation at the hotel and you only joined the daily tour with a small group. We even confirmed that again with you when we sent you the booking confirmation by email. Even when you were sick we tried to arrange accommodation for you till you recovered so you could continue with your trip but you chose to return home and on your way to the airport you told our customer service representative thank you for your great support and that you would definitely visit again soon and book with us again. On the behalf of Swallow travel thank you once again for your feedback, it will help us to improve our service for our next client.

      You can apply E-visa directly from Vietnam government's website yourself. It costs only $25 per person. You can have a look it from our website to get the information because we can't send it here before you book this tour. Otherwise you can book the tour first then we can send it to you later. It takes only 5 minutes to apply E-visa.

For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Swallow Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
