During this Grand Southeast Asia Escape in 18 Days tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam and Chiang Mai. The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have DIFFERENT GROUPS for excursion at each place, but airport pick-up/drop-off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. Others are private tours.

Do they need a visa for all destinations or just Vietnam? Is the visa application easy? They issue one in all cases. Could you help me?

My clients want to know if the tour is stable, that there are no major changes, because on day 7 of the tour they want to go to the lantern festival in Chiang Mai Can you support me that information?

The tour includes private transfers at the airport, and all intercity travel is arranged by us.

What are the available payment options for the tour?

Payment can be processed in USD or EUR. Full payment or an initial deposit as agreed upon can be made according to the booking conditions.

Is there ever an option of sharing with someone?

For solo travel, you will have a private room at each place, not sharing the room with others. This package tour we offered with 4-star and 5-star hotel, please let me know which hotel category you want to go to, and I will inform the cost to you.

What meals are provided during the tour?

Meals are typically included as per the itinerary, which usually includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner, based on the day's activities.

  During this Grand Southeast Asia Escape in 18 Days tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam and Chiang Mai. The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have DIFFERENT GROUPS for excursion at each place, but airport pick-up/drop-off and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. Others are private tours.

  The itinerary will be the same as the original one, NO changes so Day 7 will be your free day. It's very big and famous festival, very crowded and the tickets are very hard to arrange in advance. So you can advise them to arrange it themselves.

- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Realistic Asia will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Realistic Asia" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
