Do you conduct customized tours? We are a group of 7 people.

We don't offer fully customised or tailor-made tours, however many of our scheduled group trips can accommodate groups of 7 travellers, provided there is availability on the departure you're interested in. Group sizes vary by tour, with many accommodating up to 10 or more travellers, depending on the itinerary.

can i be dropped off at the same hotel or area as Day 1 on 14th instead of the airport on the last day of the tour? Will there be airport pick on the 7th of Feb?

There is an included arrival transfer with this trip, but as the trip finishes at the Airport, we are unable to provide transfers to hotels.

Will I need to bring my own yoga equipment? What will be provided? My staples are mat, block, strap, and blanket.

I'm 78 but in great shape. Can you find me a guided tour in April that focuses on pacific beaches. I saw volcano and zip line last trip. Although I wouldn't mind the coffee plantation again

For April the trip with the most amount of beaches on the Pacific side are Wellness Costa Rica, Journeys: Explore Costa Rica, and the Costa Rica Adventure tour.

What transport is provided at the beginning of the tour?

An airport arrival transfer is included on Day 1 of the tour.

Is single supplement possible for all accommodation during the trip?

The single supplement on this tour is 959.00 USD. Currently the 2nd March departure shows zero availability. We would have to make a special request for it with our local office and it will be subject to availability.

What should I do if my flight arrives late?

Make sure to check the arrival time guidelines provided before booking your flights.

Can I stay in San Jose for an extra night after the tour?

Extra nights can be booked at the final hotel in San Jose, subject to availability.

Are there any requirements for insurance?

It is mandatory to have Emergency Medical Travel Insurance covering the duration of your tour.

The trip was amazing, i meet some wonderful people. We all got along and enjoyed each others company. The tours were awesome, the guides and instructors were great and the CEO was top notch! Aryeri was friendly, good natured, helpful and level headed. She handled every situation with total and complete professionalism and answered all the questions we had and took care of all the problems was very accommodating. All around a really awesome trip thanks to her! The only blemish was the fact that the trip ended far from the San Jose airport. This was poorly communicated i think and made the last part of the trip very tiring. And the G Adventure office people were thoroughly unhelpful when i tried asking for airport transfer recommendation. I think it would be best to either go back to San Jose the day before or offer a closer airport drop off. But at the very least update your itinerary pdf to actually reflect that properly. There was no mentioned that the return flight needed to be after 5 PM on that day.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and G Adventures will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
