Yes, we do have space for 3 persons on the tour. Unfortunately, we cannot room 3 adults in one room. The rooming is either twin room or a double room and the third person will need to be in another room with a solo traveller of the same gender or book a Single Room upgrade.

What is your cancelation policy.

Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit.

Can you pick up from the airport on 28/2 instead of 1/3. How many spaces are available on the 7 day tour from Bankok and Charing Mai plus the 14 day classic Thailand and west Coast. For the 14 day trip can you confirm the full price is £1329.30 per person with no additional costs

The tour price is £2658.60 in total, excluding a transfer. We do offer a transfer service, however you must book pre tour accommodation with us to add this, so if you arrive a few days before the tour starts, we would need to book this hotel for you as well. The 1st March departure has 8 spaces remaining, but this is on request. That means it will take our local office 3-5 working days to confirm availability if you decide to proceed with that date.

We're interested in the Classic Thailand trips (14 days). The Island hopping parts of the trips offer the east coast and west coast islands. Do you have information which can help us decide which islands to visit. We are older couples not so interested in the party scence.

Generally the West Coast Islands are a better option if you are looking for more laid back and less of a party scene. They will still have a vibrante night life however there is less focus on this compared to the East Coast Islands.

We are definitely request additional nights before the tour starts at an additional cost, that being said, the taxi to Hua Hin will have to be arranged locally with the help of the hotel staff since this is not a service we offer.

  Please provide in details of the 1st day of the tour, when CEO meets us at the airport. Our flight arrives at 5 in the morning. What do we do from landing time from approximately 6 in the morning up until CEO arrives and when we were able to enter the hotel.

  Day 1 is an arrival day and no activities have been planned. Upon arrival to your Joining Hotel (check-in time will be in the afternoon), look for a note or bulletin board in the reception with a note from your CEO. This note will give the details of your Welcome Meeting on day 1 (usually between 5pm and 7pm), where you will get a chance to meet your CEO and other travellers. If you'd like to add an airport transfer we can do so for $20 USD per person (based on 2 sharing).
