Excellent tour with a great driver Jitendra. We recently returned having booked because of recommendations here . Arun the owner was very quick to respond to all queries about the booking, good range of car options and a tour that could be tailored to meet the needs of us travelling as a family without breaking the bank. We were picked up on time from Delhi airport, the van we hired was new and very comfortable and throughout the entire trip we were always collected on time and had made some small itinerary changes without anything ever being a fuss. Jitendra our driver was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. What was also nice was the hotel choices which company offered for our stay . Would definitely recommend using this company if you are looking for hasslefree travel to India .Show more

The guides he selected ranged from good to outstanding . His restaurant suggestions were also good. Car was always clean and he was both friendly and trustworthy. Overall, the tour schedule was good. Our driver Kamal was fantastic, he took us where we needed to go, he knew where he was going, and we had a very pleasant time. My biggest complaint of this tour, and it's big enough to make me wary of other tours such as these and from now on I will make sure to talk with the tour scheduler to find out all the details first and insist on this not happening in the beginning versus waiting until the last few days of our tour where we were already fairly upset about it...too many hours spent each day forced to go shopping!!! At each city, on each day, the guide would take us to 2-3 large expensive shops which were supposed to show us the local trade, but mainly you were there to shop. As someone who wanted to spend time walking around and seeing the culture/taking pictures, I ended up missing a lot of that since it was dark by the time the shopping was done. I understand commerce is important to contribute to the local trade and economy; however, the experience was very uncomfortable and it was not noted in our itinerary that this would be happening. There was a lot of pressure to buy things we didn't need at all. As young people, we are not looking to buy expensive rugs or very expensive gold/jewelry. It would've been nice just to buy a few small inexpensive gifts for family/friends. But overall we spent way too much of our vacation shopping and put in uncomfortable positions to buy things we didn't need or want. The accommodations were definitely 3 stars as stated in the tour, so no real complaints; however, some 3 star places weren't as clean as we would've liked. Our favorite accommodations was in Jaipur and Udaipur.Show more
