  The bus pick up was very inconvenient as we had to walk 12 minutes to and from the pick up point. Would have loved to stay at Creta Maris. The good side is the breakfast and dinner at the Hersonisos Maris. It wascvery helpful!!!Show more

We understand the p/u inconvenience in Crete which is caused by the narrow streets in the area and do our best for the closest location as possible. Creta Maris hotel unfortunately is not one of our partners hotel. Glad you enjoyed your trip!

The bus didn't stop near our hotel although there was a stop (21) at the bottom of our hotel road had to walk 15 minutes each day to the pickup when the bus went past our road!! Hotel breakfast started at 7.30 am we had to pick up the bus at 7.40 amShow more

  Thank you Jill for your comments, we will take them into consideration to improve our services. Regarding the p/u, bus cannot access all locations as the streets are to narrow that is the reason we applied specific stops. Early breakfast is always available upon request at reception desk.

Finally, I think that the tours should be spread out over the period and not lumped together in the last four days. Perhaps an every other day would have been less taxing. By the way the Tui operated tours were excellent and the Safari tour was also very good.Show more

Also I want to thank you for accommodating me with rearranging shuttle service for me because of my delayed flight. There are three issues however that while not major would have made the activities schedule seamless. 1. It would have been nice to have a live personal contact or at least a phone call from a representative from TourRadar to ask if there were any last minute questions or concerns we may have had. 2. Pick up times from daily tours were organised for 8.00pm when most of the tours finished around 5.00pm. Had to organise earlier pick up timesShow more

  We had a wonderful time on our trip. The hotel was super. Walking distance to lovely beaches, friendly and helpful staff. Great food in copious amounts. The tours were interesting and well coordinated but unlike our tour in 2022 this one was not one group of people who stay together the whole 7 days with one guide.. This was a series of individual day trips and you may or may not encounter the same people and you may have a different guide each trip. And the trip to Spinalonga had such an early departure we missed breakfast in the hotel which made us sad because they had such lovely breakfasts. The tour operator for the Chania tour cancelled the day trip to Chania since not enough people signed up for it ( it is quite a long drive from Heraklion where we were located) so just be prepared to look for alternate activities if that should happen. We went to Aquarium on our own on that free day.Show more

  I really enjoyed my time on Crete & the activities that were included as part of the tour. I was however very disappointed with the late release of the itinerary, vouchers & hotel arrangements. None of this was available until after i had left Australia. I am an organised person & found it difficult not having this information before i left home. If i pay for a tour in full 45 days prior to departure then i expect that shortly after receiving my payment you should be able to provide me with all of the details of the trip. I can see no reason why this information cannot be provided in a more timely manner & this is i factor that i will consider before booking a tour again.Show more
