  I am planning to join this trip from London. Flights from London arriving in Dalaman on 03/10/2026 arrive quite late in the day - 1800 is the earliest, and most arrive after 2000. Will airport transfer be available at this time, please? I would also like to spend a few extra days in Fethiye at the end of this trip. Is it possible for the airport transfer on the last day to drop me in Fethiye on its way?

    In terms of transfers, there are complimentary transfers providing you arrive on the first day of the tour and depart on the last day of the tour. Anything which falls outside of these dates would require own arrangements or private transfers on our end which we can organise.
    
    The welcome meeting starts at 19:00 on this trip so I would recommend taking the 18:00 flight if you would like to arrive earlier, however anytime on the first day is fine for flight arrival.
    
    For your airport transfer on the last day, it may not be possible to drop you off into Fethiye on the way. I would recommend taking the transfer to the airport and then making your way there.

  Can you please tell me whether this tour is definitely going to go ahead? I do not want to book, and buy flights, if it might not have enough bookings to go ahead. I see that there are currently 10+ spaces which suggests not many bookings so far. Also how about the the tour starting on 12th Sept?

    I can confirm that both the 12th September and 16th September departures are guaranteed to operate, so you can book with confidence. However, as the departure dates are approaching, I would recommend booking as soon as possible. Availability can change, and the departures may move to on-request status. If this happens, we would need to take full payment before we can submit a request to the supplier and confirm whether space is still available.

    For guests arriving in time, the tour leader will meet everyone in the hotel reception at 7:00 PM for the welcome briefing. If your flight arrives later and you miss the meeting, the tour leader will ensure you receive any important information when you join the group. Dalaman Airport is approximately a one-hour drive from the hotel.

    Another question, I mostlikely arrive at Dalaman airport 1 day before, on10/9. Will you still provide the complimentary transfer on 10/9? I will book the extra single room by myself for the same hotel or near by hotel. Please provide me the name if the hotel for 10/10.

    We offer complimentary airport transfers to and from Dalaman Airport (DLM) on the first and last day of the tour only, provided we have your flight details on file at least 30 days prior to departure. If you are considering arriving early, a pre-tour hotel night is approximately US$130, subject to availability at the time of booking. A private arrival transfer from Dalaman Airport to the hotel is US$110.

  Am I right that one arrives to Dalaman and transfers to Kayakoy? Do you arrange a transfer? Also, do we trek light and have the luggage taken from stay to stay?

    We provide a free transfer on the first day from Dalaman (DLM) airport and last day of the trip. There'll be two transfers provided to Dalman Airport (DLM) today, which is around a 2 hour and 30 minute drive from the hotel. The morning transfer will be at 7am to arrive at the airport by 9:45am and another later in the day departing at 4:30pm to arrive at the Airport for around 7pm.

  This is my first time in Turkey and I am excited there are some great hiking opportunities here. If possible I would like to combine with Exploring Istanbul for three days then doing some hiking. Please let me know other hiking tours aside from Lycian Way and if there's one you would strongly recommend for me. My husband and I are in reasonable hiking shape so something moderate to hard is preferred.

What's the major difference between Lycian Way and Cappadocia? Is there way we can have little bit of both?

  Can you let me know if there is a place for one person for the hiking trip to Turkey? Would prefer a room for single use. How is it then arranged when in some days it is stated shared room with up to 4 people?

    On the night that you share accommodation, you'll stay in a traditional village house. Accommodation will be in a combination of twin and multi share en-suite rooms of up to four people, depending on the size of our group. Gey is a very typical rural Turkish village and the food and hospitality you'll receive is wonderful after a long day walking. We are unable to organise single rooms for this night of the trip.

    There are currently 14 people booked on, mostly people in their 60's, but a few aged between 20 - mid 50's. This would be a late booking, so full payment would need to be taken before we would be able to request availability.

    We offer free airport transfers to and from Dalaman Airport. On the way out you can arrive anytime into Dalaman and we will provide an airport transfer for you. On the way back we operate 2 transfers back to Dalaman airport - so the earliest you can fly back for The first transfer is 1115 am and for the second transfer the earliest you can fly back is 2100 hours.

    You can arrive anytime on the first day and we will provide an airport transfer - you just need to let us have your flight details and we will pass the information to our local ground agent. However if you arrive a day earlier you would need to make your own transfer arrangements.
