      If your trip starts on or before 31 December 2022, you must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. If you are unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons, you may apply for an exemption. Children under 18 are exempt. From 1 January 2023, Intrepid will no longer require travellers to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19. However, we continue to strongly recommend vaccination. Specific proof of testing or vaccination may still be required by your destination or airline.

      A single supplement is available on this trip, but it does exclude days 9 & 10 in Santa Catalina, and excludes days 11 & 12 in Panama City. The accommodation for those nights will be in shared accommodation. Multi-share accommodation typically includes triple and quad rooms. For shared accommodation, wherever we can, we do try to group travelers with those of the same gender, but there are instances where you may be required to share with group members of the opposite sex, and couples or people traveling together may occasionally be separated due to rooming configurations (to keep those of the same gender roomed together).

For tours departing after September 10th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
