- Birim· July 3rd, 2025Hiking in the Presidential Peaks was a great experience — stunning views, varied trails, and fresh mountain air. Chris, our guide, was well-organized and knowledgeable, keeping the group safe and on track without overdoing it. A memorable trip all around.Show more
- Lou· August 19th, 2024We really enjoyed our hike through the Presidential Range in NH. The trip was well organized and the our guide Sean was excellent! We could not have asked for a better guide. He was very informative on what to expect each day as well as extremely patient with all of us. We learned so much from him as we travelled from mountain to mountain and would highly recommend Sean and Wildland Trekking if considering a hiking trip. Sean - we can't thank you enough for making our hike a such wonderful and memorable experience and one that we will always remember.Show more

Asked on January 15th, 2023Are we staying in tents, yurts, or cabins at the campground? Just curious. I have my own tent and camping gear I could bring if needed. I have dietary restrictions. I am whole-food, vegan and I cannot eat any type of flours or sweeteners... I eat only non-process fruits, veggies, whole grains (non-wheat), potatoes, and beans/tofu. Is there any way to accommodate that? If not, could I bring my own food in a cooler?
- Wildland TrekkingOperator•Written January 2023
On this trip we stay in tents. We have tents of all different sizes; if you're solo, we wouldn't have you share a tent with a stranger, although you might be assigned a smaller backpacking style tent. You are welcome to bring your own gear if you would prefer, although it's not needed as we typically provide the tents, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, trekking poles, and all the food. We can usually accommodate pretty much any diet when it comes to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or allergies, but occasionally if someone is allergic to a very wide array of most foods, the guide might ask you to bring some additional items of your own to supplement.
