Can an extra pre tour and post tour hotel be arranged with this tour package, including transfers?

If the guest does not arrive on the first or last day of the trip, he or she will not be eligible for complimentary transfers. However, we can provide chargeable transfers as long as extra nights are booked through us. If we are unable to provide extra-night accommodations, guests will need to make their own transfer arrangements.

I have been talking to Maria. I thought my previous reservation would be migrated to this second tour, including the information and down payment. However, I am being asked for additional money and to redo all the information. Does this mean I should book now, or wait?

The trip Treasures of Ireland on 09-Jul-2023 cost $1,630.00 per person and is on request, it will take 3-4 business days if the space will confirm or not.

does this tour include visiting the Cliffs of Moher or is it just a virtual experience of the cliffs from the visitor center?

On day 5 would be when you get to travel to the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Center.

Is there an extra fee for solo travelers who want to room alone?

Yes, there is a single supplement rate added to the base rate of the trip for our guests who prefer to be in a solo occupancy room type. The base rate for this trip would be $1650 + the single supplement at $220. That would mean out single supplement solo occupancy room type would be a total of $1870. Please note that currently we do have an applicable discount called "2023 On Sale" where it would save you 10% off the base rate. That means the base rate would decrease by $165 and the new base rate would be $1485 + the single supplement of $220. The new total if interested in booking with this current applicable discount would be a new total of $1705. Please also be aware that with this applicable discount, your payment in full would be due 120 days prior to the start of the trip in order to keep the discount applied on your reservation.

I have a special dietary request, can this be accommodated?

If you have any dietary requests such as vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free etc this can be accommodated for on the tour. Please let our team know at the time of booking of your dietary requests so Brendan Vacations can do everything they can to have the suitable meals for you on tour.

Are airport transfers included?

In regards to airport transfers if you are joining or departing your guided tour on the first or last day, return transfers between the airport and hotel are generally included however it can vary depending on the departure. If you would like to pre-arrange a transfer please let our team of travel experts know at the time of booking.

How much luggage can I bring with me?

On the tour, you can bring one suitcase per traveller with the dimensions of 76cm x 46cm x 25cm (30" x 18" x 10") but it must not weigh more than 23kg (50 lbs) due to the limited space on the coach. You can also bring one piece of hand luggage, provided it is small enough to take on the coach and can fit in the overhead storage space.

Will we have a seat rotation on the tour?

Once you are on the tour your Travel Director will implement a seat rotation system, whereby all guests will rotate their seats on the coach daily. This allows everyone to experience the spectacular views from different seats, and you will get to know your fellow travellers even better.

When will I receive my travel documents?

You will receive your travel documents approximately one to two weeks prior to the departure of your tour. These documents are valuable and contain plenty of advice and essential information to make your tour as enjoyable as possible.

  I will be honest, I am having a hard time knowing what the tour price it. The page I am on says $4950 for three people. The cost online says $1436. Is that correct? Last night I received info from Brendan tours the charge was $1630. What do you mean the process time of four days? I suspect this means they will say the tour is closed so every day later is an issue? Where are the terms and conditions?
