You can either book the flights yourself, or we can assist with booking. If we handle the booking, 100% of the flight cost must be paid directly to us. Regarding hotel rooms: For a group of three, we can arrange one triple room (1 big bed + 1 single bed). If you prefer two rooms (1 double room + 1 single room), there will be a single supplement fee of USD 399 for the third person.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Nhat Long Travel Company. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
