1- We do have group departure in every Saturday so you can departure on 19th September. 2- We need to give your original passport to the Chinese embassy in Kathmandu as we obtain China visa from Kathmandu. 3- Tibet permit will be ready before you reaching kathmandu. 4- You need to have Nepalese visa before reaching in Kathmandu. 5- We need at least 4 people to get Tibet permit and Chinese visa. 5* Accommodation will be Twin sharing and 3* in Tibet.

You must be in Kathmandu 3 working days prior to your departure. Suppose we leave on Saturday, we should get your original passport on Wednesday morning. And we will apply visa on Wednesday and we will get our passport and visa on Friday evening. Visa is included in your tour price.

is this tour available for solo travelers who would like to join a group

If you are group of 4 people then you can departure in your date but as long as you are long then need to join a group. We have group departure on 6th July and you can do this tour without EBC. If we do have group for going to EBC then also can do EBC. We can sorted it out once you are in Nepal only.

We are planning to go for a Tamang heritage trail and Langtang trek. We would like to go for a trip to Tibet, best days for us would be around oct4 or 5.

We will have group tour departure every Saturday and you need to go to Embassy/Visa center for Biometric with original passport. We can depart Saturday morning for Tibet tour.

Im planing to visit Tibet via Kathmandu on December, and possible Im intersting for the 8 days tour. Would you please inform me for the period of time I need to stay in Kathmandu in order to get my visa and permit for Tibet and please let me know the cost and the program of the tour.

Tibet has been resumed for tourism but the flight to/from Lhasa is not resumed yet. In this case you can do the overland tour (Driver In -Drive Out) and every Saturday will have departure date. If you want to departure on Saturday then you need to be here on Monday so we go to Embassy to apply the Chinese visa as every clients should go there for Biometric and will get visa in 3 days.

Is Tibet/China open for tourism?

Unfortunately it has been closed since the Covid pandemic and it will remain close until next year March April. Bhutan has opened up for tourist so if you are planning for Bhutan then do let us know.

Is it possible to visit Tibet at the moment with corona restrictions? i've read that China requires 14 days quarantine, but maybe this is different in Tibet? When I search for flights between Kathmandu and Lhasa I'm not finding anything?

I've found some different information about when it's good to go to the EBC in Nepal. Some places say that june is a bad month to go, because of the summer monsoon season. Some places say that june is a good month. So what should I believe in? How is the wheather?

  March April May, Sept October Nov are the best month to do EBC but We don't recommend December and Jan as these are the coldest month n snowing all the time. June, July and August are raining season/ monsoon time but the rain does not go for whole day n won't have heavy rain. If you do have time then you can postpone for March, April May, sept October, Nov But if you could not manage your holidays during those month then still can do in June.
