Can you please share with us the names of the typical hotels you book for the 2 night accommodations? We understand they not may be the exact hotels as that does change according to season and availability, but we'd like to get an idea so we can make the choice between the two options.

The difference between A class hotels and the T class hotels, is the hotel category (4* & 3* hotels). We don't have the names yet. The tour returns to Athens about 6:30pm. around 6:00pm the check in at the hotels on Day1 and 2.

What is the recommended arrival time for the first day?

Can you please help clarify where these accommodations will be? So the tour is starting from Athens and then Epidaurus and Delphi, so where will be the accommodation exactly?

What's the cancellation policy if I have to cancel in the next 2-3 weeks? Will I get a full refund?

100% apply for those cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled departure. For cancellations between 3 and 6 days prior the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. We offer full refund for cancellations received up to a week before the tour departure

Acropolis is not part of this tour. We starts from Athens but all the sites we visit our outside the city. We offer pick up from selected centrally located hotels in Athens. Depending where you will be statying, we will let you know about the closest available pick up or meeting point.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Key tours company, and I strongly urge others not to book any tours with them. On 17th March, I booked a From Athens: Mycenae, Epidaurus & Nafplio Full-Day Tour through the GetYourGuide app. There was a taxi strike in Athens, and as a first-time traveler to Greece, I had no prior knowledge of this situation. My hotel was quite far from the meeting point. I immediately called the tour company and explained my situation. I was begging them to wait a few minutes while I tried to find a way to get there. The woman I spoke to promised me they would wait. With no taxis available, I had no choice but to walk 2 km on foot to reach the meeting point. When I finally arrived, they told me that the bus had already left without me. To make matters worse, they marked me as a “no show” and refused to give any refund, claiming it was entirely my responsibility. This is completely unacceptable, especially after they explicitly told me they would wait. This company clearly does not care about customers or basic human consideration. They only care about taking your money and offering zero support when things go wrong. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not waste your money or risk ruining your trip.Show more
