3 Days in Greek Islands, incl. Mykonos and Santorini
Island hopping through Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini fills three spectacular days, with overnight stays in both island destinations. Wander Mykonos' Little Venice and Matogiania district, then witness Oia's famous sunset. Features fast ferry connections and private transfers, approx. $380 per day including breakfast.

- Day 1
Athens to Mykonos
Get to Piraeus port early. You'll want to arrive 45 minutes before your ferry departs since the port can be confusing. The fast ferry takes about 2.5 hours to reach Mykonos. "When arriving at the port, having a gate assignment would have helped for the ferry - ask your transfer driver to point you to the right terminal." Once you're checked in, explore Little Venice and Matogiania in Mykonos' old town. These spots get packed from 6-8 PM when cruise ships dock, so going earlier is smart. For dinner, try some local specialties like kopanisti cheese and Mykonian sausages at one of the tavernas in Little Venice.

- Day 2
Mykonos to Santorini
Take the morning ferry to Santorini, which takes about 2.5 hours. A helpful tip from a fellow traveler: "Request a seat away from the engine room on the ferry - some seats can be quite noisy and bumpy." Head to Fira after arriving. It's the island's main town and makes getting around easy. Plan to be in Oia at least 90 minutes before sunset to get a good spot. The Byzantine castle ruins offer some of the best views. One visitor noted: "The sunset cruise was longer than needed - if you're short on time, watching from Oia itself is just as magical and leaves more time to explore the village."

- Day 3
Santorini to Athens
3 Days in Greece, incl. Athens and Delphi
Classical wonders unfold across 5 major Greek sites spanning 300km. First day: Epidaurus theatre and Mycenae fortress. Second day: Olympia's Olympic grounds and Rion crossing. Final day: Delphi's Oracle site and museum before returning to Athens.

- Day 1
Athens to Epidaurus and Mycenae
Leave Athens at 8:30 AM and drive along the coast to the Corinth Canal for a quick photo break. Your next stop is the ancient theater of Epidaurus. One visitor shared: "The acoustics in the theater are truly remarkable - our guide demonstrated by dropping a coin at center stage that we could hear perfectly from the top row." Visit in the morning when it's cooler and less crowded. Move on to Mycenae, an important Bronze Age fortress. The walk up to the Lion's Gate is steep, so bring water and wear shoes with good grip. The ancient stones are smooth from centuries of use. Take your time exploring the Royal Tombs and Treasury of Atreus before heading to Olympia for the night.

- Day 2
Olympia to Delphi
Start at the Olympia archaeological site where the Olympic Games began. Visit the Temple of Zeus early to avoid the midday heat. A recent visitor noted: "The site is quite spread out, but our guide Stavros brought the ancient athletic competitions to life with his detailed explanations." After Olympia, drive through Patras and cross the Rio-Antirion Bridge to Delphi. Stop for dinner in the mountain town of Arachova and try the local formaella cheese and mountain honey. Stay overnight in Delphi or nearby Itea.

- Day 3
Delphi to Athens
Start your morning at the Delphi archaeological site and museum. The Sacred Way path to the Temple of Apollo requires some climbing. A previous visitor suggests: "Visit the Castalian Spring first, then work your way up to the stadium at the top while your energy is still high." Make sure to see the Bronze Charioteer in the museum. You can have lunch in town, though restaurants cater mostly to tourists. Head back to Athens, arriving in late afternoon.

- Mykonos & Santorini: 3-Day Greek Island Highlights Tour
Accommodation was fantastic. Transfer drivers were welcoming and were timely. Scenery was fantastic. Picked best time to visit as tourist numbers were moderate. Only downside was the weather.
- Three Days Classical Tour from Athens: Epidaurus, Mycenae, Olympia, Delphi
Our 3-day Classical Tour was fantastic from start to finish! We had high expectations, yet what we saw and learned far exceeded those expectations. Our transportation and hotels were quite comfortable. Our guide, Marianna, was instrumental to our tour experience. She engaged us in this experience by weaving a narrative informed by her deep knowledge of not only military, political and cultural history, but also archeaology, philosophy, theology, linguistics and the arts. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
- 3 Days Tour From Athens To Meteora And Delphi
Very well-organised experience to some amazing places in Greece with fabulous hotel! Visit Meteora had excellent communication throughout, and the trip itself was seamlessly organised. From meeting the bus in Athens, to being dropped in Meteora with a driver waiting to take us to our hotel, the sunset tour, hiking tour, and transfer to Delphi - it was perfect. The 3 star hotel was very high quality and had amazing views from the balcony of Meteora on one side, and another balcony with a mountain view - we had a great room and felt very lucky! The sunset over Meteora rocks was spectacular - and the tour was much more than that - the very informative and enthusiastic guide showed us some secret hermit caves, one of the oldest churches in the world, and some incredible view points, as well as a visit to one of the monasteries perched atop these amazing rock formations. The second day, we did the 5 hours morning hike with Costa, he was a very knowledgeable guide, who had been climbing and trekking the area for years so had some great insights and stories. It was a pretty easy going trek, with Costa being very considerate of the needs of the group and keeping a steady pace. We had a small group of around 12, so think it would be suitable for many, and a great way to view the area with a hidden monastery along the way! The following day we visited Delphi - I highly recommend including this in a rip to Greece as it was one of my favourite places. Perched in the mountains with an epic view out to the ocean on one side, the archaeological site was huge, with some amazing temples, an amphitheatre and even a stadium - the history here is very interesting. We had a transfer to Delphi with Dimitri, who drove 30 mins back to me after I stupidly left my phone in his car - what a legend - can't thank him enough. Ending with a public bus back to Athens, which was comfortable and easy to use. All in all, I highly recommend this trip and Visit Meteora, which are a very well renowned local company - you see a lot without the stress of planning your self, or trying to make your own way to these out of reach sites. Thank you for everything!
