Our 20th May trip is already a guaranteed start date, with 7 bookings so far. You'll be staying in hostels throughout the tour. In Sydney, we stay at Little Drifter in Surry Hills - it's a really cool new hostel in a great central location. If you plan on arriving a couple days early then we can book you into the hostel for an extra night or two.

Can I skip the beginning of the tour and join when you leave Sydney? I arrive one day before you go away from Sydney. How much would it be? I would also share a room with a girl.

If you skip the Sydney section, that shouldn't be a problem. However, please note that as this is a package price, if you choose to arrive after the tour has already begun, we wouldn't be able to offer a reduced price for the tour. All accommodation on the Australia tour is multi-share. We can make a note on your booking to be roomed with all females where possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this, as it will depend on the final gender split of the group.

We don't have any personalised tours, but you could easily combine a couple of our shorter group tours in both places to create the perfect 17 day long trip.

Our Oz Intro 10 day trip includes some of the most iconic destinations in Australia and has the perfect mix of adventure, culture, nights out and time to chill. From world famous cities to blissful beaches, this tour includes so many amazing activities and experiences, awesome accommodation, all transport (including your airport transfer) and some meals, not to mention you'll also have an awesome group leader that will take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy your experience!

What are the age requirements for joining the tour?

The tour ideally welcomes participants aged 18 to 39 years old, ensuring a diverse group.

How do I access my booking details?

What is the cost for pre-tour accommodation?

Oz Jobs is a MUST if you are thinking about moving to Australia to work/live. I recently did the 10 Day east coast & Oz jobs with Intro Travel, it was absolutely amazing. You have a pre-made likeminded group of friends to ease the transition in moving to Australia and finding work. Our team leader, Val, was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t fault her at all. She wasn’t just an instructor but also a friend, giving us all the information and facts, as well as recommendations for the best shops, bars and deals! - What else could you ask for!!? She was a supportive shoulder to lean on especially in sorting all the necessary bits for onward travel and work in Aus such as bank accounts, medicare, tax numbers and personal tricks and tips, I really don’t know what I would have done without her help! It showed as well when I left my group to travel solo and met fellow travellers who hadn’t used a group initially (like intro!) and didn’t have half the stuff they needed, which was made super easy for me thanks to Val! I really enjoyed the included activities such a surfing and paddle boarding and think there should be more of these. However I wasn’t aware the group would be a mix of 10 day and 28 day groups, I was under the impression everyone was on the same 10 day tour as me before joining and I think it would have been better if everyone was doing the same length as this would have meant you had more people to arrange/ discuss onward plans with.Show more

This is the first time I travelled with intro travel and the first time I went on a trip by myself. In the beginning I was quite nervous to see what the group would be like and the group leaders we were fortunate to have 3 group leaders: Sean, Sarah and Aoife. It was the very first oz east coast in 28 days I had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone who isn't sure what to do in Australia. You will get to see the best of East coast. I did stuff I would never do at home and am gratefull for the things I did and are still yet to come. I made friends for life and will never forget this experience.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
