What is the cancellation policy for the tour?

The cancellation policy states a minimum fee of 4% if notified up to 14 days beforehand.

Do you have longer stays up to 10 days?

I would need more than 5 days for my clients. At least 8 to 10 days since air is not included and both myself and my clients would require flights.

How many people will be in the tour group?

Group sizes can vary, but you might expect to travel with approximately 19 to 50 people depending on the day.

Can you please advise the cost for a single person/room for this tour?

This is part of the price you're paying for the trip package.

Will I receive an itinerary for the tour details?

You will receive a detailed itinerary with your booking confirmation, including accommodations and tour highlights.

What is the recommended method of transport upon arrival in Tel Aviv?

I booked a 5 day Israel tour through TourRadar. I am a solo traveler so I paid extra for single accommodation. This operator put in a different hotel for every single day of the tour. I also had to walk over to the gathering point with my luggage, and walk over to the hotels they booked for me from the bus drop off point. After the first day tour, the entire bus was going back to Tel Aviv, and I ended up to be the only person who need to go to Jerusalem hotel. So they dropped me off at a rest stop in the desert, and I had to wait for another bus going to Jerusalem to pick me up. They said 15 minutes of wait, but ended up to be over half an hour. Then the bus only dropped me off 500m away from the hotel they booked for me. In the hotel, they registered me as Armenian passport, even thought I provided them my U.S. passport information through TourRadar and through their online registration. Then I received another phone call from their office asking for my passport information again. I contacted the office explaining that I appeared to be the only tourist who is going to a different hotel daily. Their response was that was the only way they could get a single traveler rooms, even though I paid a lot more. Just imagine going to to the Dead Sea carry all my luggage, and without a hotel towel, while everyone else are traveling light with hotel towels. Their lack of logistics planning is on a whole different level. This tour operator is highly unorganized and unprofessional. I would avoid any tours associated with them in the future. On the last day of the trip, they changed my hotel last minute, and sent a guide who was really too old to work. We were told to start at 8:45 AM, but guide showed up at 7:30 AM and asked us to hurry up and finish the breakfast. He then decided to change the schedule because there were only two people on the tour. He cancelled the walkthrough of Kibbutz. He also cancelled the lunch at Druze village, because he said the food was too salty for him. At the tour of the Synagogue, we only visited a single one. Then he was too tired to walk and said the rest are the same. All of the locations we did the walks on our own, while he stayed at the entrance and waited for us. Even while driving around, he asked us to look up the locations where we are supposed to go, because he said the office did not send him the itinerary. I have been all over the world and experienced some shady tour operators, but did not expect to experience this in a developed country. I highly recommend going with other more reputable operators in Israel.Show more

  Due to the current situation, we only have 3 tours available at the moment, departing from Jerusalem, Masada & the Dead Sea, and Nazareth. At this time, I would not recommend booking packages, as I wouldn't want you to spend too much time in the hotel. However, you can check availability closer to your desired date.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
